Bench goes together easily. Metal is good and sturdy. Welds are correctly placed and the penitration appears to be good. I don't do really heavy weights but the Bench appears to be able to handle them. Back and seat adjustments are easily done. The powder coating is nicely done. Needed a bench for dumbbell exercises. Wasn't sure about this one, but pulled the trigger anyway after seeing the ISO certificate. It turns out to be a nice surprise. Took myself about 30 minutes to set it up. All predrilled holes are lined up nicely. One thing to call out is the instruction manual, explains everything clearly in texts and figures, rather than just illustrations. The bench itself is nice and sturdy, with thick cushions. I had the same old weight bench for 12 years before it gave out on me. I needed a durable replacement. This was the best price for its weight capacity. It is comfortable and the incline adjustment is a simple system. Not too much that can break on it.

The media could not be loaded. This is a quality adjustable bench that was easy to assemble. Bought it for my 12 year old son and he put it together in about 10min.

Pleasantly surprised how sturdy this is for the money. Never thought that I would be able to afford a quality bench. Of course it is not the top of the line but offers a lot for the price and is worth a look to save money and in some cases offers more than higher priced options.
