The media could not be loaded. This adjustable weight bench is super functional exactly what I needed for my home gym. It’s sturdy, comfortable, and super versatile. I love that it comes with the preacher curl pad and leg developer, so I can work out my whole body without needing a lot of extra equipment. The adjustments are easy to make, and the chest fly option is a big bonus. It doesn’t take up too much space, but still feels solid and safe when lifting. Perfect for anyone looking to step up their strength training at home!

Thr directions only have some small pictures so be ready to look a lot. The nuts and bolts are labeled nicely in bags, but the metal pieces are NOT (very annoying to find each one from the pictures). Make sure you have your own tool set. Steel quality feels good but welds don't seem to be completely done all around the joint section. Overall feels good and I hope it lasts.

This bench is surprisingly sturdy once assembled and the different positions work well for a full body workout - the leg developer and preacher curl pad are actually useful features, not just gimmicks. Fair warning though, it took me almost 2 hours for me to put together, and you'll definitely need two people to move it around once it's assembled since it's pretty heavy. Like it

Really happy with this purchase! Assembly was straightforward — took me a little over an hour by myself. The bench feels solid and safe, no shaking at all. I’ve been using it for bench press, curls, and some leg work, and it all feels smooth. It does take up some room, but for the price you honestly get a full mini gym at home. Totally worth it!
