It’s a good lightweight bench but tilts at certain angles. Wish it was a little more sturdy. The back padding could use some enhancement too!

Now although I ordered it for my husband since he's been wanting a new bench, I wanted to be able to use this too- but I don't know if it will work for everything we wanted to utilize it for due to his height, and my wide hips. It came out of the box 90% assembled, you just add the foot bar. it was easy to set up and put in each of the positions, you can also adjust the seat. Now this seat...let me just say it doesn't fully support my backside, which makes sitting on it a little annoying. And with his long legs, it doesn't sit up high enough after being adjusted- he's 6'3, he's in a semi-squatted position on the seat- knees higher than his rear. The seat/back cushions are firm, and the bench is very stable and sturdy. you just remove the footrest to fold it down, and it's very compact and easily would slide behind a door, in a closet corner, or under your bed. I think we'll still get some great use out of the bench. It is very solidly constructed, and held both of us sitting on it without an issue which is right around 400lbs total weight- says it holds twice that, so I feel very safe using the bench.

This things is fantastic! I LOVE THAT IT COMES PREASSEMBLED! All you gotta do is adjust it to where you want it and boom you're ready to go. You do have to put the foam rolls on but that takes about 10 seconds and you're onto your workout. This is a nicely padded bench. I love that I can easily move it about as well as fold it up and store it if needed!

This weight bench came mostly pre-assembled. All I had to do was insert two pins and attach the foot bar. The one pin that's supposed to be permanently placed was difficult to insert, but if you want to save some space you could pull it and fold the bench back up. The backrest easily adjusts from 180 degrees (flat) to slightly beyond 90 degrees (leaning slightly forward). The bench is sturdy and comfortable to sit or lie on. The leg bar is there to help you stabilize yourself, but you could even use it to do sit-ups.

Great at-home workout bench that comes FULLY ASSEMBLED!!! No - None - Zero assembly! Literally all you do is put the pull-pins into it like you would unfolding it from your closet & attach the leg piece. All normal before & after workout stuff. Love it! Exterior PU style leather covering with stitching intact. Both the seat and rear back support adjust position. Flat - Incline - Decline - plus a serious Straight Up 90 Degrees sitting position. This bench hits them all!! Lightweight and it folds up nicely into a corner or closet once I'm done. Leg piece screws on/off, so I might take that off to store in-between workouts & make it fit even better into the corner. We'll see. Either way, it's a great at-home workout bench that shows up ready to go!! Enjoy!!
