I recently put together a home gym in one of my spare rooms and have been building it up piece by piece. I had a weight bench, but it was just a flat one and not adjustable. So, when I came across this one, it seemed like it would serve the purpose. It arrived a few days ago and overall I am very pleased with it. It was pretty easy to put together, although there was a pin that really went nowhere so I’m not sure why it was included. I also think folding it up is a little bit awkward, but eventually managed to do so. Overall it is pretty sturdy. The only thing is I feel that the bench is actually pretty narrow in width so if you are larger, this may be an issue for you. I do like the different heights and ways that can adjust this. It helps you to get a good range of angles to do different types of targeted workouts. I am 6 foot two in about 225 pounds. If you are much bigger than that, you may want to look at the measurements and other options. It holds a good amount of weight and seems quite durable all in all. The reason I took off one star was because mine came slightly defective. The metal where the bench backing meets the seat is actually cracked. It’s not in a place where it should break while using it, but I would have preferred one without a crack in the metal. Still, I am overall very pleased and so far I have gotten pretty good workouts in during the last few days. I would recommend this, but I also recommend looking at different options that you may have. Some may find this better than others, depending on personal preference. Very versatile adjustable workout bench. Was little worried getting a bench from Amazon like this but I am pleasantly surprised. This is a a really good beach. Can handle plenty of weight. Able to adjust from fully seated to incline to decline position pretty easy. Can even fold up when done A say slide it under a bed or put in a closet if needed cause it folds up so nice and easy also. Pretty much can do whatever exercises you can with a bench like this with no worries and with the weight you want. Even has hooks on the bench for you to use c clasp so you can hook up your own resistance bands if wanted. Only negatives can say about this Bench is I do wish it was a little wider for us guys with wider backs and broad shoulders. But still can use this bench no issue just wish was little wider. And other negative can say is the resistance bands they give with this bench is a flat out gimmick in my eyes. Thankfully you do have the ability to hook your own up. Why say use your own resistance bands. The 2 bands they give you, 1 for each side, left and rt, are a joke in my eyes. Don’t even think they are 2 pounds of resistance. Really not sure cause mine aren’t marked what they are but there is no resistance at all seems to me. Why feel these are just a gimmick. But otherwise the main thing is the bench, the quality, build, sturdiness, ability to handle big muscular people with descent amount of weight that you can use to get a good workout with, and the. I have purchased this weight bench and have been using it for two weeks, and I am extremely satisfied with its features and performance. First, I want to commend its foldable design.
