Great exercise bench especially for leg raises. Was easy to install taking me only about 30 minutes alone. Feels stable and the rubber pads don't damage the floor. The bench can be adjusted to different incline angles including a decline angle. Nice home gym addition

Missing parts. No leg extension included which was the whole reason I bought this specific machine over another… they don’t offer parts you have to send it back which is frustrating it costs more to send it back. Also very cheap not very sturdy at all but I guess you get what you pay for.

This is not too heavy to move if needed, it can be done by yourself. It's a good basic workout bench and allows multiple functions. It isn't sturdy enough for step up leg exercises. This is an exercise which you step onto the bench with one leg then step off. But it does help with what I need.
