September 2023-stools are still sturdy and look new. They have been cleaned countless times and the materials have stood up perfectly to disinfecting wipes etc. You can’t go wrong with these things! These bar stools are perfect in every way, and I’m a very picky person so that’s a big deal. They popped together in no time and are VERY sturdy & comfortable. I purchased these bar stools (2 sets) in July of 2022. Very sturdy and excellent choice for my new home. They have held up beautifully and are used everyday. The issue I have just had is a broken rung on the bottom of one stool. It broke as I was sitting down. The break was in the middle at the "joint in the wood" in the rung. Photos are included. Is there a way to get this one piece from the manufacturers so that I can replace the broken rung? The stools all look like new. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated. ... show more

These stools came super fast! It took me almost no time to put them together, and I am already in LOVE with the very well PADDED saddle seats. They are comfortable, elegant, and large enough that I don't feel like my ample derriere is going to fall off either side (looking @ you, tiny round stools!) The 29" height is taller than I anticipated, and My 5'4" self didn't have to actually sit *down* on them, but sit *up* on. I took away 1 star for the fact that I think the cross-bars should be positioned 2-3 inches higher to allow for a more comfortable foot rest. It may be just because I am short, but my legs ended up still kind of dangling, which isn't all that comfortable. Pro-tip: get someone else to help you screw into the 'C' & 'D' bars, they are really a pain in the...wrists. ;) Overall though, they are SO well worth the money. ... show more

I think I looked at every single saddle-style counter stool on the internet, before deciding on these. I'm very satisfied with them! They are easy to put together (we got 3 sets for a total of 6 stools, so it did take a good hour, but that's a lot of seats!). They are well padded for comfort, but most importantly since I have 4 kids and a messy husband, they're WIPEABLE. The seats are a durable faux leather. Maple syrup? Wipes right up. Tomato sauce? No problem! We chose the white base/gray seat model, and it coordinates perfectly with our kitchen (gray floors, white cabinets, white marble counters) but be advised it's a very bright white. I thought my cabinets were pretty white, but this is even brighter. It may look awkward in a room that's more off white, ivory, or cream tones. ... show more

I had to return the first order of these due to a damaged seat, the box was also damaged. They did not post that review as I stated I’d update with the new order. This 2nd replacement order arrived quickly and was packed completely different. So, the first order had already been opened and sent to me. These look very nice and they are comfortable to sit on. My children use them now to sit for breakfast. 4 star for assembling. While it does come with all the screws and washers you need, the tiny screwdriver does not help. I used my own for better grip and to get as tight as possible. I don’t think companies need to provide a regular size screwdriver, just know you’ll be better off with one. ... show more
