This bench is great, it has multiple stations available for multiple ways to get a good workout in without changing to many the set up. I will say the pull down bar doesn’t offer much for me because of it limited range of motion. But to be fair I am 6’ tall with long arms. It is good for short pump and is a great option. I did have to modify the knobs for the bench press elevation adjustment as they got in the was of the side bars used to do chest curls. Drilled a couple hole and used lock pins to make them flush. All in all I’m super happy with this purchase. Great value, fast shipping, nice and sturdy.

I love this adjustable workbench from Orealla. It was easy to set up. The quality of this equipment is top notch, very sturdy,well designed. The amount of exercises that can be performed are amazing, from bench press, normal and incline to chest flyes to lap pulldowns,leg extensions and more. I recommend it as it provides a full body workout without taking much space.

It was time for a new bench. I wanted to get more on it, especially a lat pull-down. I needed a bench that is good for standard 1” plates. This gives me all that at a good price. Assembly was not difficult, all parts are numbered which made it easy. I put it together myself, taking about 3-hours. It is sturdy and takes up less room than I thought it would. Looking forward to putting hours in on this bench.

This thing is very great for home workout. I can exercise so many parts of my body using this machine whether it is my bicep, tricep, chest , back or legs. It is all in one! It is very strong and sturdy. I feel very safe using it. It is also easy to assemble out of the box. It didn’t take me as much time as I thought to put it together. I really like this purchase.

This is not an Olympic weight bench. False advertising. Set it up and it’s a standard weight bench. My Olympic weights do not fit!!! Do not purchase!

Great multi purpose gym for a great price. Quite sturdy as I am 340 pounds and have been using it for the last 3 weeks. Only thing I would change is a slightly larger seat and bench rest. Great buy overall.

Exactly what I was hoping for.... Only took me about an hour to assemble(I am really good at assembling stuff and I used a ratchet and a drill for the screws) not only that but everything functions perfectly and seems to be really sturdy and it's fully adjustable.... The bench itself is padded really well for this price I couldn't of gotten anything better for such a great price
