Easiest 5 star review I’ve given to any Amazon purchase. This bench is well worth the price. It is light weight, stable, and very comfortable. It has so many adjustable positions, including 3 that decline. Unlike other benches that say that’s there are multiple decline positions, but actually don’t. The bench is about 18 inches high, and I’m short (5’6) and I can still keep both feet on the ground while bench pressing. The only con I can think of is the handle bar in front. Sticks out like a sore thumb, just be aware. Other than that, this bench is perfect.

Seems sturdy enough but wobbles. Can tell the parts are cheap. Update: stitches are coming undone, metal is definitely not steel or at least not thick enough to support more than a few hundred pounds. Seller offered refund to rectify but never sent it.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using this bench for about two weeks now and it’s been great. Originally I had an Olympic ethos bench but it was taking up too much space in my basement and was not adjustable. I was looking for something just as stable but also be able to adjust for incline and be easily moved in and out of my new power rack whenever I’m doing squats, dips etc. This bench has surpassed my expectations. Easy to adjust, easy to move, and easy to assemble. It took me just under 20 minutes to assemble. I used my own tools for assembly but the wrenches provided are much higher quality than what usually comes with items and will work just fine for assembly. Cushioning is sturdy and frame is very stable.

*Update - I have been using this bench 3-4 times a week since ordering and it is great! The only thing is that the bench pad has a slight wiggle to it but may just need tightening as weight has been placed on it (200body weight with 235 on the bar), but that is getting very bit picky as it is a very slight wiggle. I am very pleased with this purchase! I just got the bench at about 11:30 and after moving, unboxing, and putting it together, it is now only 1:15. Very simple building process and comes with multiple wrenches to make sure you have the tools needed to put together. It seems very solid and not wobbly when lying back on the bench. It adjusts easily and the pins spring click into place when adjusting position, so no need to push them in. I didnt have any issues with bolts or nuts not fitting each other which was a relief. As someone who is 5’8” I will note, the bench does seem to sit a smidge higher than the ones I am used to using at the commercial gyms but definitely not a deal breaker. Once I get my home gym up and working within the week I can give a more functional review with more than body weight being applied to it.
