Nice for sit ups
Nice sturdy bench. Earsy to put together. Tools for assembly included. For hard surfaces a 20 in x 54 in runner rug from WM for $8 works perfect. Arrived in three days.

Super easy to setup
The quality is very nice and its very comfortable. It was so fast and easy to setup and took me less than 15 minutes, and it has a very flexible adjustment for the back. Very worth for the money, would reccomend.
