The product is good, the assembly a bit complicated but we managed going through the instructions. Just be aware that they claim this is for 6 people. Only if it's for 2 inside and 4 waiting in line to get in. It is small and will not fit 6. The jets are placed very low, and will not reach your back. I strongly recommend to place a carpet underneath. The bubble "rug" it comes with, will not do the trick. The black cover is with good quality , heavy and will keep the water warm. But we have not gone through winter yet. But, overall it's ok.
