I bought this cage for my 5 year old son’s Chinese dwarf hamster and it’s perfect. It comes with everything you need including water bottle and food bowl. The plastic is a little hard to peel off the acrylic panels (I used a toothpick to lift the corners), but once you get it started it comes right off. My only complaint is it didn’t come with instructions. The video is very detailed and the cage itself was super easy to put together as long as you follow the video and pause it after each step. Great value for money compared to what’s in stock at your regular pet store. The size is ideal for hamsters and other small animals of that size. The cage is great quality and looks really nice. Super easy to clean all you have to do is unhook the two clasps on the side and the entire top lifts off to clean. 10/10 recommend.

It's cute and all, but the front part you lift and pull to open? Horrible design. The problem is the small gap between the door and the bottom piece. The acrylic is apparently flimsy enough your pet can bend it open and get out, which is what happened the first night we got it, still haven't found them yet...

Not a super strong housing unit but absolutely adorable. Did not come with instructions but fairly simple to piece together. Recommend to only house and mouse or small hamster 🐹 It is sturdy once you put it together and add the little bands to it. All and all i absolutely love it and so do my 2 little mice. I did add a little twist tie at the top to hold the door closed because i noticed it does not stay latched very well.

I was hesitant after seeing the negative reviews but decided to purchase as it was the only mouse-specific enclosure I could find that was prime and arrived in one day and we needed something quick. I actually really like it, they like it, and it was super easy to put together. Everything works! A few recommendations: •Remove the thin plastic protector film on both sides of all acrylic! That’s why some of the enclosures are blurry. •Follow the directions on the product page above if you’re struggling to put it together! •The wheel goes together a little differently than my “experienced brain” thought it would. Before watching the video, it wasn’t spinning right because I tried to do things my own way. After the video, it was fine. •Make sure you’re clicking things into place! If it doesn’t click, it’s an escape risk. Make sure it clicks and it won’t go anywhere. I saw the complaints of it being flimsy and falling apart so I ordered aquarium sealant to add to the attach points just in case—it was not needed! As long as you secure them step by step and latch it, this baby isn’t going ANYWHERE. It is very sturdy. I picked it up and yanked it around, shook it like crazy, and accidentally dropped it from about three feet and it was fine. It’s a little smaller than I expected and I thought it would be baby pink, so I was a little disappointed that it is pure white and would have ordered the green otherwise, but it’s still very nice. They’re using everything and really enjoying themselves, so I like it.

The media could not be loaded. The cage is 10000% assembly required, and the video is on Amazon (there are no instructions included). However, the instructions were very easy to follow, and even with my very clumsy nature, and lack luster constructive skills, I managed to build it all by myself! It is PERFECT for little mice still in the baby stage, with limited enrichment items, but opportunities to explore, and once it's built this thing is STURDY! The top doesn't come off like it looked it would but I'm probably going to disassemble it to take the top out to make sure he gets plenty of air flow. I don't worry about air flow, but I'm a paranoid mousie momma. The wheel is a quiet wheel, and safe for even tiny mousies. The wood is breathable, but chew safe, and very easy to climb and navigate even for baby mice. Definitely would suggest for baby mice in the future once they're mobile and exploring because this is perfect! I'll move him to a larger cage eventually as he gets bigger, but for my little guy that can slip even through the 3/8 bars, this is a PERFECT option. I opted for this because I was heavily worried about air flow in a 10 gallon tank, and the enrichment items that came with it. I understand this isn't for everyone, but I'm pleasantly surprised with how perfect this is for a little guy his size! Also to note.. he LOVED it! Lol I let him walk around the pieces as I assembled it, so by the time it was finished he was so excited to get into it. Ironically he doesn't wanna leave it now 🤣🤣

This cage is really cute, but that’s about it. The first night we had it, our mouse escaped and is now gone. This thing has GIANT “air holes.” Absolute waste of money, and has caused a ton of grief knowing the mouse is loose in the house

I wanted our Hamster Girly Pop to get an house upgrade! She was basically in a NY studio apt and we wanted her more in a coastal cottage. Saw this house and was like sweet she will love it! Took me, my 10 year old and engineer husband over an hour to get together. It was basically like putting together a puzzle where none of the puzzle pieces actually fit. It was like being on the show Prankd but there was no Ashton Kutcher! I had to keep watching the video and pausing the video and taking a screenshot of the video and zooming in on the video. If I hear that song from the video one more time, I’m going to be traumatized for life! The fence is a huge joke!! The fence pieces DO NOT fit at all. Girly Pop will just have to fall off her balcony. After lots of sweat and curse words we finally got it together and she seems happy. It really is a bomb looking house but I would have paid double for the pieces to come already together! Giving 3 stars due to the hour I lost of my life watching that damn video.
