Honestly, I can't walk a certain distance without getting out of breath, so I needed something bad, and this was the perfect starter! I order this treadmill recently for my home and it turned out pretty great. The size is small. I got it for walk only. It comes with remote so you can adjust it however u want. The noise is not that loud its normal to me. Also, its incline and you can walk and tun pretty fast.

And it has shock absorbing pads that helps with the running. I can actually pick up a good stride. The lcd screens are big and visible. I’ve seen other where you can barely see the numbers. This is one the more powerful 3 HP options that are out there and picks up good speed.
