I took a chance on this one. I have been going though others and this by far is my favorite. I originally was getting small bottles off here but you know it was getting expensive. So I decided to watch a couple videos and see which ones were the best ones on Amazon since I have prime. This one was supposed to be a top one I even saw a lot of tick tocks on this resin. I am a prime member so it was free shipping which is also a plus. The last big bottles that I have purchased from a different website resin rockstars I believe it was was crap it didn't set it gelled and burned my silicone my molds it was just a waste and I was so upset that I spent so much money on it and I would never buy another big bottle again but I really needed to finish the project that I had like I said I took a chance and I purchased this one and my projects are beautiful I don't see what the bad reviews are maybe it's because you're not measuring right or you're stiring too much or maybe it's embeds that people are using even , even temp problems can effect it but I didn't have an issue at all I poured several times on my molds it did not burn the curing was very well perfect minimal bubbles that's normal when you're adding embeds and if you don't you know torch it or add any heat to it to get rid of them and or they're not going to go anywhere they were easy to take out and I'm very happy with this purchase I got it very quickly I plan on buying some more in the future including the deep poor so I don't have to wait so long because your girl can't wait. I've done several different modes now and I don't even have to warm up the bottles I mean it pours thin and it's just a dream to work with. If anything I'll wait a while and try out some more difficult moldes and leave an update if anything changes what is it right now this is this is my go-to. ... show more

    • Mixed feelings
Ok so wanted to try this one out. It says at least 24 hours to dry. I have yet to make anything that only took 24 hours to dry even thin stuff takes a minimum of 48. Stuff like coasters has taken 3-4 days to really dry and it’s still very flimsy/flexible. I’m hoping it will eventually harden out. It is however very clear which I love. I haven’t had any yellowing in the drying process. ... show more

Love that Unicone does not have that nasty odor. Love how everything comes out clear. It mixes well with alcohol ink, mica powder and even paint. Just finished doing an entire chess set and box. Can't wait to demold them all. Did a domino set and it came out lovely.

    • Not good for large applications.
This resin is thin, low VOC, low odor, easy to mix, bubbles are easily removed. A fantastic resin for smaller projects when room ventilation isn’t the best. But it fish-eyed pretty bad on my large canvases and pulled away from the edges. I used this on 4 different paintings and same result on each. The self-leveling qualities aren’t the best and with such a thin resin mixture, 2-3 layers of resin didn’t fix the problem. I had to buy a thicker & better leveling resin to fix it. The same pulling from the edge phenomenon happened when pouring on a heavy duty wood canvas board that had no flex (I used water-based paint on all, no silicone or oil or conditioner). It’s still a decent resin but I won’t use it again to finish my large paintings. ... show more

    • Doesn’t burn flowers!
The media could not be loaded. I was so scared to start my flower preservation project with the roses and flowers from my recently passed grandmother. This is easy to use for my first time. It’s honestly turning out better than I expected. I used a scale to measure the 1:1 ratio. You get a feel of how fast it’s curing. Layering works best at the “gel” stage to prevent lines. I did fall asleep and was able to layer 8/9 hours between pours… so far, no layer lines. I can’t wait for my next project ... show more
