The media could not be loaded. I received it a couple of days ago. I connected it only today. Because the voltage in my country is 220 volts and the voltage of the device is 110. And this information is not indicated anywhere and I could not find it anywhere despite the fact that I asked everywhere where it was possible. I had to buy an adapter.     • Wasn't your product..my cat was to large
Worked fine..door opening wasn't wide enough for my "fat cat" he weighs 23 lbs, and there just wasnt enough room for him to get in and move around. Open top would have been a better choice..not very much room for larger cats.
