Love this utensil holder. It's handmade and so pretty. There are a couple of defects in the wood but that makes it more special. It's plenty big enough for all my utensils but doesn't take up a lot of space on my countertop. The price was just right as well.

It's absolutely gorgeous in person, even better looking than the pictures! The color is the same as pictured: a deep, rich brown stain with a slight orange tint. It's lightweight yet feels very solid, so I'm pretty sure it'll last basically forever with just basic care. My only complaint is minor, and it's with the pads/feet. It tends to wobble when adding or removing a utensil, so I worried it wasn't level at first, but I checked and that's not the issue. The wobble is because it has 3 pads, so it tends to tilt when adding or removing a utensil. I tried to show it in the 2nd pic, it's not a huge tilt but it's just enough to make it seem like it's going to keep going and fall over when I grab something out of it, though it won't actually tip over. The way it tilts fees like something 4 pads would solve. I may buy some extra pads and add them to keep it from wobbling. That's the only reason it's not 5 stars, because I'll have to buy something extra to fix a mild but daily annoyance it creates. It's the most beautiful thing on my counter though, so I'm very happy with it! ... show more

Tall enough to hold wooden spoons etc but not too tall that it's a hassle to grab a spoon under the kitchen cabinet. It has 3 little pads underneath but it slides easily.
