    • Faulty ceiling fans .
Both ceiling fan that I had order were both faulty. The receiver in both fan was no good . When the electrician install both and installed the receiver both fans shorted out. I found that what I thought that I was ordering brand new fans were in fact both rebuilt. Not happy at all.

This fan looks pretty nice in the room, and was easy to install (as any ceiling fan). Maybe the things I don't like about it are particular to my age or something, but I hate that all these newer fans are to be controlled by a remote. I already have two light switches for the fan, so I wire the light and fan parts separately. Well, the light changes color temperature every time it's turned on and off. I want the fan to come on with the other switch, but you have to turn on the switch and then use the remote to enable the fan. We have two other fans that both remember their previous setting, and when the switch is turned on, the fan goes back to whatever settings it was on before. ... show more
