We absolutley love these fans. I think this is our third one from Obabala. The blades are real wood and they are so beautiful! There is great airflow from the blades and we get lots of compliments on it. We have one in our livingroom and our gameroom, this one is now going in the bedroom. It is totally silent when in use. We don't use the light much as we have other lights we use but it works great. The fan and remotes that we've bought before from this same company have worked great for several years now. This ceiling fan does a solid job overall—it’s pretty quiet and moves air well, which is exactly what I wanted. The light options are nice too: cool, neutral, and warm white give some flexibility for different vibes. BUT there are a few quirks worth knowing. It only works with the included remote—no wall switch option, which is kind of a pain. The light isn’t dimmable, and even the warm setting is pretty harsh, so I wouldn’t recommend it for a bedroom. Biggest issue? That loud beep every time you change a setting. Midnight adjustment? Beep. Your partner is now awake. 😬 All in all, great function and style—but best for living rooms or kitchens, not where someone’s trying to sleep!

The light was able to illuminate the entire room and also the wind from fan also reached all the corners of the room. It's just about silent to operate with 6 fan speeds. The remote has a timer for auto shutoff and the ability to reverse the rotation for best results. Visitors often comment on how pretty it is and how quiet it is. It was such a smart and economical purchase, I'm very happy with it.

Not only is this fan absolutely gorgeous, but it is EVERYTHING we wanted and more!!!! It is appealing to look at and it goes with any decor!!! It has a modern vibe!!! The remote was an added plus!!! No more pull chains…yessss!!! I adore that it has 6 settings with a push of a button. I really enjoy that you can also choose the silent mode!!! It is built very well!!! The light is bright!!! The fan speeds are fabulous!!! No complaints and now we want more of these!!! Definitely recommend this one!!!!

The media could not be loaded. I bought two of these fans on a special discount. They are beautiful fans with a very modern aesthetic which is exactly my vibe. The all black one works quite well but was more difficult to assemble. This one with brown blades just didn’t work. My electrician identified the problem as a faulty driver. (I’m hoping this is the only problem). I did register the product so I’ve been emailing with Lanhai Made to resolve this. They have been responsive and after receiving video proof of the malfunction have agreed to ship me a replacement fan. This is the hottest part of the year here and I work from home so it’s been quite an inconvenience. But the fan that works, does a really good job. It has six speed settings and I haven’t had to go above level 4 to be cool. I will update this review when a new working fan is installed. 2024-11-27: the replacement fan works beautifully. It took me a while after receiving it to get an electrician in (he was super busy), but now I’m very happy with the product. As often happens with Chinese suppliers they did not want me to return the defective product. And while waiting on the replacement I discovered that Lanhai Made sells replacement driver and remote pairs on Amazon. So I took a chance and purchased one of those as well. As it turns out the problem was definitely the driver so now I have three fans in the modern aesthetic I like that all work beautifully. I recently discovered that the light can be toggled between cool white, moderate, and warm white. The fans are also super quiet. Great buy overall despite the initial disappointment. 2025-02-21: I've realized that I really like being able to change the colour temperature of my lights with a click of the button. Cool white when I want to feel wide awake, medium when I want to chill, and warm white as I wind down and get ready for sleep or am just waking up. For inexpensive fans bought on Amazon, this is a great feature.
