I am very satisfied with this KNUN ceiling fan. The quality is excellent, the design is beautiful, and it works very quietly. The lighting and fan functions are both very good, and the installation was easier than I expected. What impressed me the most was the company’s honesty, punctual delivery, and excellent customer service after the purchase. They truly care about their customers. The product quality and fair pricing exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this product and company to others. — Nasrollah Taheri

I’m really impressed with this KNUN ceiling fan! It was easy to install and looks great in my room. The remote control and app compatibility make it super convenient to use — I can adjust the settings right from my phone. It has 6 fan speeds, and even on the highest setting, it runs whisper-quiet, which is perfect for relaxing or sleeping. The light is dimmable and has 3 color options, so I can change the brightness and tone depending on the time of day or mood. Overall, this fan is a fantastic value — sleek design, quiet performance, and smart features. I’d definitely recommend it! I liked it so ,much, I bought 3 more.

Little to no accurate instructions. The generalized instructions did not apply much to the model that I purchased. Used quite a bit of time searching for non-existent instructions for the model that I purchased. Thanks to amazon that it was not too difficult to return. Very poorly organized, written and contradictory instructions. Some steps of the instructions were obviously for a different product. Some steps were left out. Wasted a lot of time trying to fill in the blanks/confusion. Ended up returning it.

I originally bought one of these ceiling fans, and after installing it I came back and ordered another one for my game room. The brushed nickel finish looks really nice and gives it a much more premium look. The parts have a good weight to them, so it doesn’t feel cheap or plastic at all. I also like that I can control it with either the app or the remote, which is very convenient depending on where I am in the room. Once installed, it has a clean and modern look that fits my house really well. After comparing quite a few 52 inch ceiling fans, I felt this one offered one of the best values for the price. The overall build quality exceeded my expectations, and everything feels solid and well made. I’m glad I bought a second one, and I’d definitely choose it again.

The fans are very easy to assemble, except for the small connector for the light assembly. It is very small and difficult to determine the top from the bottom. On top of that, the receptacle on the circuit board with the LEDs is easy to break from the solder joints if too much pressure is applied. The photo illustrations in the assembly manual are too small to be of any help. It would be great if they provided an end-on close-up photo of both the plug and receptacle. The remotes are also a bit of a puzzle. We bought three fans. Two of them are located about 20 feet apart in the basement. The remote has to be paired with a specific fan. When we paired one of the remotes with one fan, it actually paired with both. Neither of the other two remotes will pair with the other fan in the basement. Only one of the remotes will pair with the fan we installed in the kitchen. When we use the one remote in the basement that operated both fans/lights, the two LED assemblies are set at different color temperatures and can not be synced together. If we only had a single fan in the basement in proximity to each other, it probably wouldn't be a problem. For our use, those quirks are not a big issue. One other thing we discovered that is odd. We had a momentary drop in electrical power to the house where everything lost electricity for about one second. When the power came back on, the fan wasn't running, but the LED lights on all three fans came on. The fans have to be completely assembled before mounting them to the ceiling bracket. Everything within the fan housing is pretty much plug-and-play connectors. Wire nuts are provided for connecting the fan to the main power, but there is a connector block in the top of the fan assembly that allows the installer to loosen some screws, insert the wires, and tighten back down without having to use wire nuts. The fan housing has a braided cable with eyelets on each end. One is connected to the top of the fan housing where the wiring is, and the other end can be attached to a hook on the ceiling mount that will suspend the fan from the hook while the final wires are connected. Working on a table where I had everything within easy reach, it only took me about 20 minutes to assemble each fan and have them ready to mount. You need to make sure you have the screws for the fan blades sufficiently tightened. If they become loose and start vibrating, the fan will have to come down and be taken apart to get to the screws. Each screw has a non-metallic washer to keep it from backing out if it is tight enough. The fans are extremely quiet, even at the highest speed. There is no wobble, vibration, or any annoying noise at all. The fans operate at 6 different speeds. The number three setting runs at about the same speed our other fan ran at high. There is a button on the remote that lets you set the fan to run in reverse. The lights are also dimmable and can be temperature adjusted from a warm light setting to a pure white. I would certainly consider buying this fan again if we needed to add or replace an existing fan.

I ordered two KNUN 52in ceiling fans on January 30, 2025. While they’re very nice-looking and super quiet, I’m pretty upset because I truly did like them. One of the LED lights stopped working within three weeks, and within six months, the motor on the other fan blew out completely. On the bright side, I really appreciated the 6-speed settings and the different light color options, which added a lot of flexibility and style to the room. Update: Customer Service reached out to me and was very helpful and understanding. They fixed the problem immediately and now both of the fans are working beautifully.
