This is a good hose that is priced similarly to what you would find at a box store. I unpacked it and tested it today. No leaks. The hose has brass fittings which is nice and the hose comes with a multi-function garden sprayer as well. It is bright/neon orange and not as dull orange as shown in the listing photos. This is more like a large air hose when it comes to kinking. There are trade offs. It doesn't kink easily but it like a thick air hose, it is a little tougher to roll up, you get a bunch of loops when pulling it through the yard, and you will have to untwist it a little more often than your low-medium duty garden hoses. Decent buy for the price.

We live on a small rural farm where a multitude of water hoses are a necessity. Right now, we have eleven – each different and each designated to a different function. We have those we like more than others. We do have hoses that are more of a heavy rubber that are very easy to work with because they are just so pliable, never kink, and roll back up easily even in cold weather – but they did cost a good bit more. We also have those that were inexpensive and are lighter in weight, a struggle to keep unkinked and aggravating to roll back up. We have our favorite hoses at the house/outbuildings water spigots and at the barn, and our less desirable ones at the rain water distribution center. This new 50’ hose is going to a designated outbuilding water spigot because I do like the flexibility of this type of hybrid rubber even in cold weather. It reminds me of our air hoses. So in comparison to the many other hoses we own, this 50’ hose is a good hose for the current cost of $29.99. Especially considering the included water nozzle is comparable to those selling currently for around $10. It has the usual 8 functions that are on most. I always prefer the trigger type handle over the thumb knob for grip comfort. The lever lock is plastic so I’m hoping it holds up. I’m pleased with the whole combo package and do recommend it for the value.

I got one of these through the Vine program and I liked it so much, I had my company by 3 more. I agree with the other reviewers that it is a bit heavy and unyielding, but I also purchased a hose cart from Amazon, this one: https://amzn.to/46R1rGx that I put the 3 hoses onto and I've had no problem rolling the cart around with the hose on it and the hose stays rolled up on the cart and when I need more, I just pull it out and then wind it up when I'm done. Even when I pulled all 3 off the cart to get to the harder-to-reach areas I didn't notice any kinking of the hose like I do when I used to use plastic hoses. The sprayer is made of plastic, but it does have a nice misting setting that I like to use on my more delicate flowers.

Advertised as flexible and kink-free. It's heavy duty which is good and it worked better than the last one we tried, but the material is very stiff and while it may not "kink", it is not nearly as flexible as one would think for the way it was advertised.

I've never bought a heavy duty hose before. The difference in weight and maneuverability is definitely noticeable. This hose doesn't roll as easily on the ground and takes more twisting to get it to not coil up on itself. This is both good and bad. It is very hard to kink, but it can be a little unwieldy to drag around. If you're dragging a hose around on a back porch, I would get a lighter standard hose, but for use with a pressure washer or dragging around a driveway to wash cars this is perfect. One thing to note is the hose is brighter orange in person. There are pictures others have posted that do a good job illustrating this.

This is a good hose with heavy-duty brass connectors. The nozzle is useful, just don't let it slam down onto the concrete (same as any other nozzle). 5/8" means more water flow than a 1/2" inch hose. Unfortunately, it is not "Kink-less." If you twist it around and pull, it will kink and slow or stop the flow. the good news is, because the rubber material is so flexible, it is likely to release the kink more easily than the hard plastic hoses. Verdict: We use it frequently, and it has only kinked a few times in four months.

Absolutely love this garden hose! It’s 50 ft long which is perfect for reaching the back of my garden without any trouble. It’s super sturdy but not heavy, so I’m not lugging a ton of weight around when I water the plants. The nozzle has different settings which is super handy for all my watering needs, and I haven’t had any annoying kinks or leaks. The brass fittings feel premium and they snap onto the tap easily. Honestly, it’s made my gardening so much easier. Definitely recommend!
