I waited to write this review after using it a few times to see how it was going to work. My last one was very similar but only lasted 2 pool seasons so I'm hoping to get more out of this one! It charges fairly quick, easy to snap together and has one button for off and on, super simple to operate. My pool is 21x54 and it picked up pretty much everything, including sand that leaks out of my ladder. I have some minor wrinkles in the liner, was worried about that but it handled those just fine. It ran for about 2 1/2 hours on a charge before docking itself along the wall. It comes with a hook that attaches to the pole you'd normally clean your pool with. ( pole not included ) Easy to clean, take apart, rinse off, air dry and store somewhere cool. For the money, it's a good vacuum! Saves me a ton of time, I just dropped it in, walked away and it did its thing till the pool was clean. I'd definitely recommend. ... show more

I had to return the first one as it had something wrong with the seal. Amazon gladly accepted the return and I had a new one within 3 days! It is amazing. Cleans the bottom of the pool with ease. We had some issues with our water and had to use some heavy chemicals which I thought had stained the bottom but this small but powerful robot removed most of them with the first use! Definitely recommend this product to anyone! ... show more

The product does not work as described. I charge the pool vacuum for 3 1/2 hours. It only works in my 14ft 3330 gallons of water. The vacuum only ran for one hour. It didn’t do anything but steer the dirt around to make it look vacuumed two hours later all the dirt was still on the floor of the pool. I have charged this vacuum up three different times as the directions say to And put it in the pool three different times in the matter of four hours nothing has been vacuumed! Very disappointed. The media could not be loaded. If you have a perfectly level flat, no humps, large item on bottom pool grab this. If the pool is not perfect in every way on the the bottom this pool robot is not for you. It does not have enough power to move off any incline 1% of greater. If you have maybe a large leaf on the bottom it wont be able to go by it. ... show more

    • Very promising but wouldn't work for our pool
We were very excited about this pool cleaner. The packaging was great and it looked nice. Our kids even named it and they were excited to use it. The issue is that if your above ground pool liner is not 100% smooth (no wrinkles or folds because sometimes that does happen during setup) this robot will get stuck! It also cannot clean up the sides of the walls a little if you have the type of above ground pool we have. The sides are a bit curved and this robot will only clean the absolute flattest part of the pool. So we were sad to see it returned. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I didn't realize that it ran without a hose attatched. That's great! I was concerned because our liner has some wrinkles on the bottom. It completely vacuumed or 24' round pool on 1 charge. The vacuum basket wasn't hard to clean and held a lot. I'm gonna come back on and post a video next time we use it. ... show more
