    • Very happy with Dolphin Nautilus CC
Size: Nautilus CC with Caddy
We live in the Midwest and I purchased for our 20x40 inground liner pool (10 ft deep end). I purchased the Dolphin Nautilus CC with the caddy and the heavier cover. I have been using this vacuum for about three weeks since we opened our pool at the beginning of May. I have been using it about every three days or so and it has been cleaning the pool very well. I make sure to always wrap up the cord the correct way after use and haven't had any issues like others have said about the cord becoming tangled. The cover is nice to keep the unit dry when it rains and to keep it out of the sun. I am very pleased with my purchase so far. I plan to update this review when we close our pool for the season in October. ... show more

My first inground pool.Took a lot reading and learning about the all the levels of things. The water was in the pool a week during the month of June in TN, before the pool guy installed the the filter and salt water chlorinator.needles to say it was becoming a little funky. I read several pool cleaners until I decided on this one.no assembly ready to use plug it in and let it go.i even clean it back to back at times without emptying the filter.but I always clean filter when wet. The only draw back which is not a biggie is it doesn't clean the sun shelf I suppose because the water doesn't completely go over the top of dolphin.besides that it's awesome.the greatest investment with my pool. ... show more

    • Better than batteries.
Size: Nautilus CC with Caddy
This is my 2nd pool vac. First one was a battery operated one that worked fine when it was charged, but the battery would no longer charge. It was not a Dolphin brand. So I decided that I would try a plug in version and very happy I did. There is no slowing or stopping because the battery was dying. In fact if I need to do an additional cycle I can. The suction power is great too. I was amazed at the amount of โ€œmudโ€ that was in the filter along with leaves and other debris and itโ€™s super easy to clean. I got the cart for it. Which makes it super convenient to move from the storage shed and back. The assembly directions were a bit confusing but it worked out. My only complaint is there is no type of hooking spot to retrieve it from the pool. The last one had a big loop handle that you could pull it out with a hook on a pole. This one is a bit tricker to get out. However it is much lighter than the battery one so you can sort of push it out. I would recommend this product. ... show more

    • Awesome
Size: Nautilus CC with Caddy
This pool vacuum is awesome! It climbs walls and everything! We previously had a rechargeable pool vacuum that worked ok, only lasted us 2 seasons so we decided to upgrade to the dolphin! Our pool looks amazing! It picks up all kinds of stuff, small sand and dirt to bigger things like leaves and bugs. Having to plug it in is sort of a pain, but we never have to worry about it being charged! It is a little heavy to pull out of the pool when the filter basket needs to be cleaned, but honestly itโ€™s well worth it for a clean pool! We love it, highly recommend! ... show more

    • Great vacuum
Size: Nautilus CC with Caddy
The first one we received wasnโ€™t working properly and I canโ€™t help but wonder if the negative reviews had the same problems we had. The vacuum wouldnโ€™t move much and eventually stopped moving all together. I pursued a refund and was told to contact the manufacturer first for trouble shooting. Iโ€™m very glad I did because their customer service was outstanding. After a very short description of my problem I was told sounds like you have a bad unit out of the box. She sent me an email with return info and just as she said they mailed me a new unit when fed-ex scan in my return. The new one came and it works great. It picks up everything climbs the walls and hits the water line just as described. Iโ€™m very pleased with this product and the customer service I received. ... show more
