We installed the unit very easily and it is functioning perfectly. It does take a few minutes for the water to get hot, but you will never run out of hot water as long as you have propane. The unit shuts off immediately after you turn off the faucet. I’m sure you will save gas and $$$.

The assembly kit is missing. Amazon said I have to contact Ranein directly and get response in 48 hours. Ranein support sent an email within 24 hours. Amazon chat was VERY helpful and promised a follow up. I will update this when we have a resolution.

Easy installation, performed by homeowner unassisted. Works as expected. I installed maintenance valves to make annual flushing easier. Easy to install and I would recommend this heater to friends and family without hesitation. How well will it perform over time is the question? The one this replaced lasted 18 years and failed due to a computer board problem. Unfortunately the board was no longer manufactured and none available anywhere. ... show more

Professionally installed according to Mfgr instructions cannot get 100 degrees of heat to a 1.75GPH water miser shower head on a half inch PEX output with 3/8" connections. Waste of time and money. Have not installed but had great reviews and a reasonable price. Looks like the technology has improved on these tankless water heaters so I'm installing a new one.

Worked great. Was used short term at a state fair. Shut down several times but that is probably due to having low water pressure. Turning it off then on again solved the issue every time.

Directions are not the best but overall simple to install. Perfectly sized. Has some weight on it easily 15-20lbs. Very basic display. Not a lot of buttons to press. Uses more electricity than I'd like for a gas water heater.
