I purchased the hose in September 2021 and it is in good shape. I’m disabled and couldn’t use a regular hose because it’s too heavy to pull. This hose is a miracle! It is so lightweight that I can use it. I’m not able to do much but can hold this hose. Suggestion: stretch the hose all the way before you turn on and off the water. It can get tangled. Also before shutting water off keep hose stretched and let all water out. You will see hose shrivel up. Then retract the hose on wheel.

I bought is a little more than a year ago. I’ve used it sparingly. Maybe 2 times a month around the house. The hose broke or cracked inside the outer lining. Leaks everywhere. I will not purchase this again.

This is the same garden hose I have bought for fourth time. I love its lightweight, easy to use, and not take much space to store it. I have one for my front yard and one for the back yard. I am using them few times a day, they last for over a year. It's made from silicon, to keep it life spans to last we should release all the water after using it. I don't let them stay outside when the weather too hot or cold. Overall, I like this product a lot more than regular water hose.

I purchased this hose May 2021. 20 I use it regularly to water my garden. I drag it on the ground , flip it over garden beds. It certainly has been tested. I’m getting ready to put it out for another season. Absolutely no problems with it.

While the hose did break - I was able to contact J&B by Googling them. Once I got the contact information they were very easy to work with and sent my hose out right away! I would recommend this company foe their amazing response time and customer service...also, the hose seems to be a very good quality - the last one that broke must have been a fluke.

I hardly ever write reviews but this warranted it. The hose isn't cheap. While it is light, the outer material catches on any stone or patio, almost immediately causing fraying. It is lightweight, and that's definitely a bonus and one of the reasons why I purchased it in the first place. I purchased a 100 ft. hose. When the water is running, the pressure inside the hose does not remain steady as it does when the water is on and the hose valve is turned off. So, the moment you begin running it, the hose begins to shrink back to its original size. No way does this hose stay at 100 ft when valves are open. Second, within two weeks of light gardening use, the material on the valve end closest to the handle split open and sprays water in all directions, particularly when the pressure inside the hose is too great. Finally, when I attached this hose to my rotating sprinkler, the rotation would NOT occur because once the valve was opened, the water pressure decreased so much that it did not create enough pressure to turn. I never had this problem with other or traditional rubber hoses. Overall, this product is a total waste of money. Do not buy.

I love this hose because it allows me to maneuver it around easily and effortlessly. The quality of the hose is very good and the spray nozzle effective and good quality as well. When I received it, it came in a great storage bag and warranty information. I saved it. A few weeks ago - after a lot of use - there was a small leak in the hose. I took out the warranty tag and emailed the warranty contact with the claim and they sent a replacement right away. Great product and great service. This is the one to get.

Bought this for my 91 year old Dad. He loves how light and easy this hose is! Came over today and it is leaking from the connector at the top. I want to exchange it. I don’t think I should have to buy another one because I missed the date by a couple days!
