Really like the portability and practicality of the Ecogenix charger. I purchased it mainly for my Tesla Model Y to use during outdoor camping and travels, so portability is crucial for me, and this charger completely meets my needs. When I received it, I tested it at home, and it worked perfectly fine. All you just need to plug it in, and the car started charging, which is very convenient. The ev charger's appearance is pleasing and gives a sense of durability and the cable material looks great as well. Additionally, the 25ft cable length gives me more flexibility and I don't need a large parking space. I previously had a charger with a very short cable, and I had to move the car every time to connect to a power source. Now, this charger perfectly solves that problem. I am also very satisfied with its charging speed. I bought it mainly for travel backup at first, but now I find that it can provide me with enough power to charge my Tesla at home overnight (about one hour can provide 8-10miles!), I carry it almost everywhere now, and it is very portable. There is a corresponding ecognix bag and you only need to put it in the trunk! Pros: Durable, Easy to use, fast charging speed Cons: So far, I haven't encountered any issues. If there are any, I will update later. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with this ev charger as my Tesla charger. If possible, I would give it a six-star rating!

Summary: Let me say that this charging cable kit is exceptional value. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the packaging was done. They provide a holder to mount on your wall for the charger. You don't get that with the Tesla mobile charger. Build Quality: This EV charger feels rouged and high quality. The outside of the charging brick appearance is impressive when I unpacked it. The cable and the charging handle looks very impressive. I've dropped it once already on conceret and it survived the drop. The length of the cable was plenty as it is long enough to reach the full length of my 2 car garage. One thing I wish it had was mabye grips on the handle itself. I know rubber doesn't last for years but maybe an easily replaceable part that you can swap out as it wears out.

I've reviewed a good amount of these EV chargers- this one is specifically made for the Tesla with the J1772 EVs. This definitely was made with good grade material, very durable. Presentation was nice- arrived with all parts -none missing. This charger does deliver a fast charge, and I was impressed with how well it effectively delivered the charge. This is a portable charger with a 25 foot cable, which is a decent length. Below, I will outline the other factors I considered when I decided this would ultimately be the one I choose. *Design: Compact and light- very portable. Level 1 &2 EV charger- 16 Amp-NEMA 6-20 plug with Nema 5-15 adapter. *Charge time: 4 hours = 44 miles Ecogenix *One charger- fits all Tesla vehicles -model s -model y -model x and model 3 *fit for SAE J1772 standard EV and plug in hybrids *Where to use: you can use this indoors or outdoors- love that option *10 point safety system -IP65 waterproof rating -automatic power off -lighting protection -ground protection -leakage protection -overvoltage protection -low-voltage protection -overcharge protection -overheaing protection and overcurrent protection. *Variety: offered in black or white *4x faster *this does work with other EV - they have a chart online that lists all the makes that would work with this. Recommend you check this info out first. *Dimensions for your reference: 87 x 3.8 x 2.3 inches with a weight of 6.39 lbs Overall, I find that the designer of this great EV charger did a fine job creating this. Well built and durable. All the functions operate as they should. This is definitely one of the better ones that I have tried. Very simple to use, and love the quick charge. Saves me so much time! I have been wanting one of these for a while so as soon as I saw this I had to give it a try! I'm super happy by how well made this is and how awesome the quality is! Because I thought for such a cheap price that it might be at the cost of the quality of the charger, but it is definitely not! This definitely feels high quality and very nice and durable as well! The cord that it uses is very thick and does not feel like it would be easily broken! I also love that this comes with a carrying case as well so you can take it on the go! The only thing you will need to use this is a dryer plug! Then you can plug this in and you are good to go and charge up your electric vehicle. This really could not be any handier! As an added bonus the cord is 25 ft so you should easily be able to plug this into your vehicle from virtually anywhere as long as you aren't half a mile away from your garage. This would even be excellent to have in your electric vehicle emergency kit for on the go charging! This really could not be any easier to plug into your wall and use and it actually works super well and charges up the vehicle very efficiently and pretty fast for what it is. I really cannot be happier with this and I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good portable charging option that you can also install and use in your home regularly! Got to give this one a 10 out of 10 for sure great value for your money especially for this price trust me I have been looking for a while!
