This bench press set, is totally rad🤘🏾💪🏿. And the good thing about having one on your own is.. you don't need anybody to get on your sleeves to lift something heavier. You can bill up your to go light to heavy. I haven't had any problems whatsoever, but in due time, I will update my barbell and get the 2 inch barbell with plates as well. Bought for our 16 year old son. It was easy enough for him to put it together. I joked that it was like an adult Lego set. 🤣 So far he likes the function of the bench, we still need to get a bar and plates for it. But he can tell it will work great.
