Heavy duty shower head and the extension arm is exactly what I needed. I had a different design and the arm did not allow the shower head to tilt perfectly straight. It had to be slightly bent and the water did not flow as nice as this one. Very easy to install. Make sure to measure for the size of the shower head. This one is quite large. Not as sturdy or heavy as you would wish. A bunch of nozzles fire at odd angles. The water coming from the edge nozzles has cooled noticeably. However, all that said it delivers exactly what you would hope. Even with the restrictor in and being fed by only a 3/8" line it still gives the feeling of a drenching downpour. I don't know that this would be the case if it was having to fire at an angle from a wall, but with the water falling from the ceiling it is great. A wide pattern that covers you completely, but the density of the falling water is low enough you can breath normally while standing right in the middle of it, and it feels like falling water, not a blast from a pressurized hose. It installed as simple and easy as any shower head and never threatened to leak. I'm glad to know I don't have to pay a fortune to get the the luxurious experience I was hoping for when looking for a large format shower head. I can't even get a decent low-end commodity shower head from my local Big Box store for what I paid for this. ... show more
