First off, let me preface this by saying I never got to use this particular item. I am returning it due to sizing and am writing this just so others can hopefully get a better sense than what the provided sizing chart says. Seems good quality. Zipper seems durable. Comfortable and easy to get on and off despite it being smaller than I anticipated. I am about 135lbs, 5'10 (so on the leaner side with relatively athletic build/broader shoulders). Got a small and the torso was perfect length but the shoulders were very, very tight. I could barely move my upper body and bending over was difficult. I think I am going to exchange it for a medium.

This is my first wetsuit 3mm shorty, my wife has owned several for diving and triathlons, we bought two one each with me ordering a large and extra large for fitting purposes, the XL was delayed a couple days. I ended up canceling the XL order as the Large fit great. My initial thoughts the stitching is ok we will see how long it lasts, great value for the money. Putting the suit on I was like wow that was easy. I zipped it up a bit and stepped into it, put arms in and zipped all the way up on the Large and it was a perfect fit at 5'7 180, 46.5" chest, 43" hips, 36" waist. My wife did the same, though she had extra material around her mid section as she is an athlete and athletic build but was fine with it and didn't affect the wetsuit performance in cold water. If you have a bit of a mid section these will fit you fine order to waist / chest size, I was between sizes L/XL and Large fit me well not too tight and with a long torso no compression from the suit on shoulders down. If you have an athletic build maybe consider a different brand as this seems to have a bit of extra material for mid section. We did our first dive in them at Sand Hollow State Park in Utah, air temp was 101 F surface water temp was 74 F, thermocline at ~30' deep was a cool 58 F, a bit colder at the bottom at 53' deep. Our longest dive was 41 minutes, we spent about 16 minutes below 30'. The wetsuit worked great kept our core warm, easy to swim / snorkel in. To take off, unzip and one leg steps out super easy. We did over 5 dives in two days and are super pleased with the wetsuit performance even at depth in some cold water. Everyone else was diving in a full 7mm wetsuit, we just laughed watching them pull, twist, turn trying to get them on or struggle swimming on the surface to the dive area. At least three people ordered these same wetsuits after watching us. We are looking forward to our cruise and diving the Caribbean in them.

I’m around 5’7 and 200 lbs, beer belly but also really broad shoulders, big calves and biceps. I got the XXL and it fits perfectly. Hardly any water gets in and it’s really warm in 70-ish degree water from my experience. Also the front zipper is a nice addition. But be prepared for a battle taking it off your arms lol. I’m really surprised by the quality for the price and the fit, usually size charts are off on Amazon but this one was perfect for my height and weight. One thing the pictures don’t really show is that there are actually really good rubber grips on the knees as well, which grip stone and any slippery surfaces if you have to rest

I am a reasonably athletic build meaning that I have relatively broad shoulders along with a larger chest, arms, and shoulders. I ordered the XL size seeing as that's what the size chart recommended for me. the wetsuit was very tight around my chest arms and shoulders causing a great deal of discomfort, while being far too loose and baggy around my mid-section. Go for a more expensive wetsuit from a nicer brand... it makes a difference.

My husband bought this for spear fishing, he’s 240 & 6’2” and it fit perfectly. It is snug enough to keep him warm while diving and easy enough for him to get in and out of. Seams are holding well with use, and the overall appearance is great.
