This water heater is compact and works efficiently. It was simple to install, it's easy to adjust the temperature and it even has a simple to read led screen. I ordered this 12 gallon heater as a larger alternative to the 6 gallon heater in our RV. Doubling the capacity of our hot water supply makes for more luxury in the tiny shower, so I went for it. I'm really happy with the result! And at such a great price!

Is the first time having a tankless water heater.I do appreciate that as soon I use it to shower ,hot water came out. It is perfect for 2 people.I just love my water heater, it holds the hot water for at least 15 to 20 minute. Enough time for a shower.

Wonderful small capacity water heater. Its good to see that is still producing quality appliances. What can I say. Its a water heater. Quality is good and it works wonderfully. Zero issues with the install ( this was a new install, not a replacement). What sold me was the price. I couldn't find anything that was comparable at Home Depot or Lowe's that wasnt considerably more expensive and it was delivered to my front door (more or less) for free. I didn't have to go pick it up or pay $80 some dollars to have it delivered by one of the Big name stores. Win, Win for me.
