I’ve never purchased something on Amazon that completely exceeded my expectations like this machine has. I’ve always had pets (and people) that have spilled or otherwise soiled carpet or upholstery. As a consequence, I’ve researched and bought the best (and some of the most expensive consumer machines) to be had in the market from all of the more expensive brands - Hoover, Bissell Rug Doctor etc. After having owned 4+ machines in my lifetime, I’ve never had a machine that would hold a candle to this little machine. 1. Powerful suction 2. Excellent Tools 3. Light weight 4. Adequately sized tanks for typical tasks 5. AND, Oh My Gosh The Price 6. Eat my dust “Famous Evaluating Report” - You’ve never reviewed a cleaner as good as this. I know, because through the years I’ve always gone for your number 1 ranked product when I’ve needed a new machine. (BTW your latest number 1 had leaking issues and abysmal suction power. I dropped it in the trash within a few months of purchase.) I recommend this machine without reservation. I’m so happy I made this purchase!

I bought this cleaner based off the previous reviews. They did not lie. My newly adopted cat has asthma and was put on a steroid which caused a uti. He peed on my couch. This little machine worked great the suction was excellent. I can't say enough about it! Easy to handle, long cord. I'm so glad I made this purchase.

It has a large water tank, which is very convenient for filling and pouring water. It can also be easily lifted out. The power cord is very long, but it is easy to store. The design of this carpet cleaner is very user-friendly, which makes me appreciate this brand. I feel more trustworthy. It would be better if I could add wheels at the back.
