Description

Does this system operate wirelessly? This is a wired system. The cameras connect to the DVR via BNC coaxial cables and need a power cord. This ensures stable, interference-free footage — ideal for professional security setups. Do I need internet to access the cameras remotely? Yes. For remote access via the "TSEYE" App, an active internet connection is required. However, if you're on-site, you can view footage directly through HDMI or VGA output without any internet. Is 24/7 continuous recording supported by this system? Yes. The DVR offers 24/7 continuous recording, along with other options such as Manual, Scheduled, Motion Detection, and Alarm-triggered recording. Can this system record audio? The cameras included in this kit do not have built-in microphones and therefore do not support audio recording.

    • Solid Wired CCTV System That’s Easy to Set Up and Delivers Clear Footage

I found the installation of this wired CCTV system to be extremely easy, in a pleasantly surprising way. It comes with all of the necessary accessories, so there is no need to run around getting extra cables or connectors, as this is a plug-and-play product. The image quality is sharp and consistent, in daylight or night time, which adds real peace of mind. The night vision, in particular, is surprisingly clear, as opposed to grainy in some cheaper systems I have used in the past. Additionally, the app makes it incredibly easy to check in on the surveillance if I should happen to be out of the house, which also adds comfort and security. If you are looking for a minimal fuss dependable security set up, this is a great choice. ... show more

    • Eh
Size: 1TB
Works okay. Dont like the small hum from the box. The box gets pretty hot. Set up was kind of a pain due to not being able to move the camera around freely. Only moves up and down.

    • Not working as described
Size: 1TB
2 out of four cameras don't work and 2,5,7 outputs on dvr not functioning very unhappy after I set it all up, ran the wires it didn't function I'm at a loss for words!

    • Works, good picture and one negative.
Size: 1TB
Just what it is suppose to be but Can't see all four cameras at the same time. Software only allows for individual camera. Software cycles through each camera separately and you can adjust the amount of time spent on the individual picture.

Shipped quickly. Everything was as advertised. Great set. When I finally got to install it I discovered that one camera did not work. Contacted company and they responded very quick. I received a replacement camera within a few days. Very happy with this purchase.

    • If mobile access is important look the other way
Size: 1TB
The main reason for 2 stars it the MOBILE APPLICATION TSEeye that accompanies the product: the latest version introduced ADs/ClickBaits on the loading screen and even advertising videos with sound. You HAVE TO wait to skip it to access the actual application. A decent product that advertises mobile access should have clear, useable and safe mobile app, install clickbaits are nowhere near this. The product itself provides the advertised functionality though the cameras are of average quality, night vision is average and person detection on night vision mode does not work properly. There seem to be quite a variability between the cameras themselves, the picture they provide quite differs in quality. The DVR UI is not very polished but useable, there is not much guidance about how to tweak/set it up. Only has mouse support, couldn't make it work with external keyboard. The hardware installation is pretty simple once you figure out the wiring through the house. Cameras have only two rotation axis so I had to put an angled wood piece to tilt them horizontally. ... show more
