I just recently installed this system and it is amazing all the features and easy conectivity with a phone allows for ease of mind when traveling i had some problems woth the dvr not recording but the customer service was informative and guided me to a salution to my problem

The media could not be loaded. System seems to be OK. The manual is absolute waste of your time. The manual only covers a few of the topics but when you need information on how to add users to the account or anything else, you’re on your own. I tried contacting the company and it takes days for them to even respond. Can not get a phone number. I find it very upsetting that they will not include a manual or online manual for each operation of their software. Nothing!!!!!!! The force you do email them with your question and then after you do that they send you an email back asking for more information on stuff. You have no idea what the hell they’re talking about so you send them another email and a cycle continues. If I could just talk to someone on the phone I’m sure I can get this taken care of in about a minute. So buyer beware PS I never write reviews. Update!!!!! It’s now been several days since I installed the system. It appears that I do not have a 4 TB hard drive like it advertises. Customer service is the worst you’ll get to experience. You can only email them they respond approximately 5 to 12 hours later, I cannot sit in front of my computer and wait for an email back, all they do is tell me to unplug the system and plug it back in and the hard drive should appear which it doesn’t. I spent an entire day installing the system running wires through the attic and now it looks like I might have to remove everything and return it do yourself a favor and buy a system from any other company but these guys they are awful. They don’t understand what customer services is. It’s going to take a weeks at this rate to get the system working or a day to remove everything and return it and do it all over again, which is more valuable than the entire system I purchase. update 1/10/23 Still do not have a working system. Manufacture continues to ask for pictures of the DVR AND SCREEN Showing there’s no hard drive being recognized. All I want is what I paid for a working DVR with a 4 TB hard drive. It takes them approximately 12 to 24 hours to answer you and they answer with this cryptic broken English that doesn’t solve any issues. Just send me a new working DVR for the love of god. It’s not like something you can just send back when you spend an entire day with an employee on the clock. Running wires for 16 cameras through your attic, drilling holes through your ceiling walls, etc. so I’m just supposed to spend another 16 hours remove everything and package it all up and send it back. I have more time in payroll and hard work than it did to buy the system. Update 1/11/23 More emails (14 now) the company want more pictures of the system I bought???? This is totally out of contro!!!!!! I just want a working DVR. Please buy your system from this company. Amazon is not really doing anything to help me out either! They just tell me to return it. But I already ran the wires for all 16 cameras through the attic, drilled holes in walls and ceilings. It took myself and one employee 8 hours to install everything. I’m not wasting another day and payroll just to remove everything and do it all over again.

I have installed 6 cameras so far. I hade blink cameras, these are by far much better. Our neighbors are using a signal jammer to shut our blink cameras down (which is illegal but works). It takes a little while to install but we'll worth it trouble. They never stop recording (even when hit with a laser). Great picture quality and night vision. My favorite part is They go directly to live view when you open the app, unlike blink. Less lag then blink and more reliable. I would definitely recommend these security cameras.

It’s a decent system, especially for the price! The night vision is not as good as advertised, but you can make adjustment to the contrast, brightness etc to dial it in a little better. Overall, it’s a good system. I would recommend also buying a CCTV power cabinet so you don’t have to have all of the power supplies plugged into a power strip.

I ordered the 16 camera system for my Lambing barn. Received the system and the DVR didnt work, got in contact with customer service (Yoyo) through email and was able to send in broke DVR and get the new one sent. This process did seem like it took forever but ended up getting it done. with this system I had to add extra wires due to the cameras being 150 feet from where my DVR is placed. After several weeks of getting things figured out and setup I finally have the cameras hard wired and running. I am very happy with the quality of the cameras and how easy it was to set up, especially being so far away from each other. Next step and for me the most important is connecting to the internet and being able to view remotely. I should have that part done here in a couple days, I really hope the app works well!! I will post an update of that part once completed. I could not have done this with out patients for both me and Yoyo. Yoyo was amazing and did a well job helping me navigate the issues and moving forward. Thank you!!
