Dont waste your money on this product. Had to return to Zosi 4x. The last one I recieved seemed better, has a cooling fan. But fails 2-3x a day. You have to be physically at the dvr to reset. There are better units out there, please don't waste your money and time on this Chinese crap.

Quality of the camera image and entire system are pristine. Night vision is extreme! I can see much further with clarity than what is described in the documentation/stats of the device. I got this to replace a low fidelity Lorex unit that was a 4 camera unit at least 15 years old. The 8 cameras are much sharper than than the ones they replaced, but the old cameras could still be used in areas where lower sharpness was acceptable. I currently have 10 cameras attached, and will probably stop there. My only concern is that the unit seems to hang up or reboot every day. I am too busy to troubleshoot it right now, and have not yet contacted tech support, but will once vacations are over. Assuming the unit ultimately runs reliably, I will be happy with it. Certainly, the picture quality is good and the software is OK, when it works. I will amend this review once things are sorted oit. ... show more

Good Wired System. Wish it was PoE, but other than that it works great. I did have a defective cable and reached out to customer support. Shirley promptly helped me get another cable and covered the cost. Great customer support! Update: I do want to point out that the camera resolution in the app is pretty bad. The picture is pretty clear on a monitor connected to the DVR, but in the app itself, it's very hard to make out any detail. ... show more

I like it because there is no logging on the video you will see real time action.Dislike is not wifi connection and some hick up on getting in the system and the apps you have to reinstall it to work it right.But I do highly recommended this item.
