I've Had them installed for a few months now, so far no major issues. Picture is clear, install was quick and easy. The app crashes occasionally but not really a big issue. Nvr is easy to use and setup overall decent camera system for the price.

I’m really happy with this camera system so far. The setup was quick and straightforward, and I had everything connected without much trouble. I like that the cameras connect over Wi-Fi, so I didn’t have to run a bunch of extra cables. One of my favorite features is that everything records locally, so there aren’t any monthly subscription fees to worry about. The app is easy to use, and I can check live video or play back recordings from each camera whenever I need to. I purchased this 16-channel system to replace my 8-year-old Snomet 8-channel wireless system. The Snomet system had several delays and video freeze-ups. Wireless signal strength was weak to moderate at times. I have had this Hiseeu system for one month, and it has been flawless from day one. It came with 8 cameras, and I purchased two additional cameras. It's simply Plug-N-Play, and adding the two extra cameras was a breeze. All cameras have excellent wireless signal strength, with no gaps, delays, or video freeze-ups. The picture quality is excellent, and the full-color night vision is a significant improvement over the old system, which lacked this optional feature. One note: I recommend leaving the Vido anti-flash setting off. The picture may get washed out during daylight hours if it is turned on. The 3 TB hard drive is a plus! The only flaw with the camera is the antenna placement. It needs to be more articulate, like my older camera that has an extra joint right at the base, like your elbow on your arm. The one joint antenna limits the right-to-left travel because the antenna hits the mounting base and restricts the full travel. I had to rotate the camera upside down and then invert the image in the settings on a few of my cameras. This isn't a big deal, and the picture quality was not affected by having the sun bill now at the bottom versus having it on top. I used an HDMI splitter with an HDMI Bluetooth transmitter to broadcast the video to our Living room TV, along with the monitor in my Den. I highly recommend this system ... show more

After several months with this Hiseeu system, I'm genuinely disappointed and frustrated. Even with human detection enabled and sensitivity on low, the cameras flood me with false "human detected" alerts—averaging 20+ per day, spiking to 50+ during rain or wind. Tree branches swaying, rain itself, and a parked tractor tire all get misidentified as people. The NVR started randomly rebooting every few days too (everything goes black, it beeps loudly, then restarts), making the whole setup unreliable. When the seller messaged offering a "full refund" if I just replied "Full refund," I accepted immediately—only for them to backtrack. They pushed troubleshooting I'd already done, then demanded I dismantle the entire 8-camera system, pack it up, and ship it back at my expense and effort before they'd even consider a refund or replacement. No discount, no compensation for the massive hassle of reinstalling if they sent a new one. It's exhausting and unfair that when a product doesn't work as advertised (constant false alerts, instability), the buyer ends up shouldering significant time, labor, and potential risk just to get basic resolution. This isn't what I signed up for when I bought based on the listing's claims. A really good package for everything that is included. Very simple set up instructions. Pretty good durability and construction. Excellent picture quality from all cameras, as well as fairly decent range of connectivity! Notifications are a bit much, for all the terrain movement I have, but still pretty good. Easy use App. Switching between HD and SD on motion detection, could be better/quicker and prefer a bit more seamless transition, but otherwise good. One major suggestion, is the location of antennas. When pivoting on sharp angles in the direction of the antenna, it prevents a full range of motion in that direction. Either change antenna location, or consider mounting in a different fashion. Also, the screws included for mounting are extremely cheap and will snap and or strip easily, especially when in hard surfaces, not using wall plugs. ... show more
