after receiving the pkg setup was easy, the only issue I have is 1 of 4 cameras was out of focus, I called CS, they were of no help, except telling me to buy another unit. I don't need 8 cameras. I called the company they themselves were not helpful at all. there is NO program to help you to put it in focus. after writing this review, the company reached out and replaced the camera within 5 days. Working better than expected

I bought a new house in Los Angeles before this COVID-19 burst out, my old friend suggests this DVR system to protect and monitor my house, because it is a great price and easy to install, this is much better buy kinds of weapons. I placed order Mar 27, and Apr 5 delivered, as you know this item is not in the essential lists during the COVID-19 period, however, it is much faster than what I expected. Honestly, I am not a good Handman about installation and repair. the system is pretty easy to install because of the wireless component, the hard part is drilling a hole to guide the power line, which was taken too much time about it, it is tough for me, but the result is good enough when I saw the working DVR, clear and easy to handle. Terrible Experience - Avoid This Camera System!

I wish I could give this camera system less than one star. After the return period ended, the cameras completely stopped recording. Now, they keep bombarding us with offers to purchase a storage package for each camera, which is ridiculous considering we already paid for the system. We've tried reaching out to customer service countless times through various methods, but we’ve received no response at all. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially since we also paid for the extended warranty, but they won’t help us until the manufacturer’s warranty has expired. This has been an exhausting experience, and I strongly advise anyone considering this camera system to look elsewhere. You’ll regret the purchase as much as I do! ... show more

Not All Cameras will Work

We were only able to use Two out of the Four Camera's it came with. None of the Camera's would work with the 25ft extension cords that was bought with those Camera's often. I will not get burned again buying what is recommended for a specific item then not fit or work with that item. I returned 3 of the 4 25ft extension cords.One actually worked for my old Camera. So wanting all Four Camera's on One screen was my goal,I have Two working on One screen (the 2 Camera's that work) from new set,One old Camera on its solo monitor,and the very First Camera we use with it's own separate monitor. So instead of Four Camera's on One screen I still have Two of new cameras,and other Two old cameras on separate screens. I have all Four sides of our house with Security Camera's at least with New system being only one that records.I like that.I do feel safer. ... show more

The all-in-one camera system is used to keep an eye on my property and keep animals out of areas they aren’t supposed to be in. I like the ease of hookups and the clarity of the pictures. I wish I could split the screen into two instead of having four, six, or eight being the only options in the full screen feature. Other than this, I have no complaints. Hookup and directions were easy and clear to follow. Plug in and done. Cameras connected automatically to the base system and the system discovered my WiFi quickly. I enjoy being able to see my property without going outside or disturbing my daily routine in order to have do so. Update: the cameras have proven to be super useful in monitoring theft during the cold winter months when I have to start the car during the wee morning hours. Very limited - ***IMPROVED***

It’s a good price, was easy to set up. However, it is very limited and only works with the cameras they came with. I purchased 2 of their ptz cameras but could not get them to work with this nvr. It’s viewable thru the app as an additional device so they can charge you for cloud storage. (I just purchased sd cards for recording.) I spoke to tech support a few times over about 2 weeks of them having me do various steps, but nothing worked. I’m quite disappointed because I purchased this for the ability to have up to 10 cameras which is actually not the case at all. If you’re looking to expand and add cameras I do not recommend this product. ****UPDATED REVIEW 10/1/2024**** The latest update they made has improved dramatically! I can now see ALL of my cameras even the additional ptz ones I purchased separately. NOW I can truthfully say this product and additional cameras are a great deal. It’s much easier to navigate playback and search through recordings. I highly recommend it. I give it only 4 stars (from 1 star) because of the annoying attempts in the app to get you to purchase the cloud service, it’s a bit much.
