after receiving the pkg setup was easy, the only issue I have is 1 of 4 cameras was out of focus, I called CS, they were of no help, except telling me to buy another unit. I don't need 8 cameras. I called the company they themselves were not helpful at all. there is NO program to help you to put it in focus. after writing this review, the company reached out and replaced the camera within 5 days.     • Don’t waste your money with this company & brand
The app use to work but now it won’t work, it always says ‘you’re disconnected’ when you’re not and they try to get you to pay for this ridiculous membership to view your cameras on your app. Don’t waste your money! Always cuts out, doesn’t records anymore. Pointless!

This product is perfect. Easy instructions and easy to navigate. Customer service answer any questions and concerns promptly. They are courteous and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend the product.

    • Not All Cameras will Work
We were only able to use Two out of the Four Camera's it came with. None of the Camera's would work with the 25ft extension cords that was bought with those Camera's often. I will not get burned again buying what is recommended for a specific item then not fit or work with that item. I returned 3 of the 4 25ft extension cords.One actually worked for my old Camera. So wanting all Four Camera's on One screen was my goal,I have Two working on One screen (the 2 Camera's that work) from new set,One old Camera on its solo monitor,and the very First Camera we use with it's own separate monitor. So instead of Four Camera's on One screen I still have Two of new cameras,and other Two old cameras on separate screens. I have all Four sides of our house with Security Camera's at least with New system being only one that records.I like that.I do feel safer. ... show more

    • Very limited - ***IMPROVED***
It’s a good price, was easy to set up. However, it is very limited and only works with the cameras they came with. I purchased 2 of their ptz cameras but could not get them to work with this nvr. It’s viewable thru the app as an additional device so they can charge you for cloud storage. (I just purchased sd cards for recording.) I spoke to tech support a few times over about 2 weeks of them having me do various steps, but nothing worked. I’m quite disappointed because I purchased this for the ability to have up to 10 cameras which is actually not the case at all. If you’re looking to expand and add cameras I do not recommend this product. ****UPDATED REVIEW 10/1/2024**** The latest update they made has improved dramatically! I can now see ALL of my cameras even the additional ptz ones I purchased separately. NOW I can truthfully say this product and additional cameras are a great deal. It’s much easier to navigate playback and search through recordings. I highly recommend it. I give it only 4 stars (from 1 star) because of the annoying attempts in the app to get you to purchase the cloud service, it’s a bit much. I've purchased two other Hiseeu Wireless Security Camera Systems before, and this is my third one. My experience with Hiseeu products has been excellent. The system's are very easy to install and starts recording right away. I highly recommend it! On top of that, their customer service team is rock solid.     • Good but....
I need to be able to record to an external hard drive. Or be able to copy the internal hard drive data to an external hard drive. I need to save the data for an extended period of time. If i cannot i may have to return the system. 30 days at a time on a loop is not enough for me.
