I bought 5 of these and installed them around the house within 30 minutes. Instructions for setup are very easy to follow by using the app. I had each one setup in less that 2 minutes. Very easy. I bought 128GB SD memory cards to use for storing local video instead of paying for cloud storage that is optional cost per month. I chose not to pay for the service because I have so many cameras and the small cost adds up quickly. Package includes mounting hardware and there are options to stick, fasten by screws in drywall, and use magnets. I like the magnets so that I can take remove and fasten most easily. Video quality is not the highest for seeing details but good enough for monitoring. Night mode is clear. The app is nice and intuitive and I can see all cameras at once and can organize groups of cameras. Does not work with Google Home unless you pay for the Wyze cloud services. ... show more

Bought the two pack because I needed to a solution to buying multiple cameras to monitor both the backyard and the driveway on both sides of the house. The price was right and the tech solution was perfect! Wyze makes excellent reasonably priced high tech products that rivals their competitors like NEST and Blink. With this camera you won't be dissappointed. What I like about Wyze is their ease of connectivity and it syncs well in my wireless ecosystem with Google Home.. unlike Nest and Blink products. Pros: Quality well engineered camera. Easy to setup. Very high tech. Gives you a lot of options of waypoints to scan. Very smart when detecting objects and sound. Visual quality is excellent. Has an alarm and the mobile interface is of the highest quality. Cons: Too high tech at times!. Motion sensing detected rain drops and kept the camera pointing to the sky all day! Had to play around with the settings to get it to focus on the targeted areas. At times both cameras will over rotate and face the wall. Not good! When it does, it gets stuck and you have to reset it every couple of days so it can readjust. Can be inconsistent with what it captures. At times it will catch movement going in and out of the driveway and other times it ignores movement completely. Mounting it can be a pain also. Wyze should indicate on the camera where the rotation starts and ends. You have no idea and constantly have to be up and down the ladder adjusting the swivel so that the camera isn't facing the wall once you mount it and it rotates. If you mount the camera with the base below it..the camera might pan down and the base blocks the viewing angle. When you mount the camera with the base above..the camera tends to over rotate and face the wall. This is only the 2nd version of this camera and I can see the tech only improving. Overall the camera is excellent and a must have. Wyze also needs to provide sell longer cords because where you'd install this camera would be at least more than 10 feet high. I wanted cameras so we can watch our cat while we are away. I first ordered Arlo cameras. After much time, and tech calls with T Mobile and Arlo I returned the cameras. Not able to get them set up. T Mobile rep recommended Wyze cameras. HALLELUJAH they dud the truck. Once I downloaded the Wyze app, and set up my account, it litterly took a few minutes to get the cameras up and running. Bonus, they are working fine with our T Mobile Internet. I did change the WiFi, from 5G to 2.4 ghz, when I tried to install the Arlo cameras. ... show more

after looking locally for cameras that were way too expensive and don't seem to work that well.... i found these everywhere they are all hyped up by everyone who "uses" them "great picture quality" "tracks movement well" "night vision is great".... well let me tell you these are exactly what you pay for.... cheap, overrated, overly complicated, and does nothing as described.... did i mention the app yet.... its horrible have to open and close the app everytime you go look at the "movement detected" notification just for it to say "no video at the selected time" and you go check the camera on the app its pointed to the trees or facing the house or whatever its mounted to and it has to be reset and if that doesnt work you gotta unplug it and reset it. the setup is easy if you have everything to install the cameras recommend getting a longer usb cable the ones that came with it.... not long enough. setting up the app for the cameras was horrible quick start guide doesnt provide you with everything to get started they provide you with 20 different languages of the same thing repeatedly nothing helps in the quick start guides. these cameras would and still do take forever to load any information or video feed, so if your into staring at tree limbs or your doormat moving in the wind or even debris rolling through your yard then these are the cameras for you. also picture quality is poor and even showing a police officer the videos, pictures, and night vision shots they even said these may not stand up in court if something were to happen because picture and video quality are spotty and are unable to determine what or who is causing the issues. these may get sent back for a refund. ... show more

Great picture quality and nice controls on the app. I like the fact that I can pan around and see different parts of the yard. I have the Arlo system at another location, but I believe the Wyze system beats it hands down. Also, the price is much more affordable than the Arlo system. Would definitely recommend. ... show more
