The media could not be loaded. Hands down the best solution for our situation. A little background: we live in an old farmhouse built back in the 40’s. While we are remodeling our actual master bedroom we converted half of a large family room into a temporary room for us. This room had two light fixtures that operate off of a single light switch so we have been using a wall mounted plug in fan until we could rewire this part of the house. Then I saw this fan and thought it could be a great option so I changed the other fixture to a remote operated light and installed this in the bedroom so we could operate each one independently. I can not tell you how much I wish I’d have found this sooner. Installation is simple and pretty straightforward. You have multiple mounting options for this fan based off of what your ceiling material is and it does include the hardware for each type. The only thing it doesn’t include is the outlet box rated for fans that would be required if your ceiling is Sheetrock. The installation guide has you fully assemble the fan prior to mounting. I’d recommend waiting to mount the blades and light to the housing until you have the motor wired and installed to the ceiling. It was a pain having to work around the blades not to mention the added weight makes holding it while wiring a bit more of a task. The fan operation is simple and it pushes out quite a bit of air. Operation is very quiet (going to take some adjusting to since as I stated we’ve been using a noisy wall mounted fan). The fan has 6 speeds in total. If you start at 1 and step it up from 1-6 it’s not really noticeable the difference between each level but if you start at 1 and jump straight to 6 you can easily see and feel the difference. The light can be independently operated using the remote as well and has three color temperature options and a dimmer feature to achieve the lighting effect you are most comfortable with. The light can also be replaced should it stop working although I’m not exactly sure where I would find a replacement (I haven’t tried searching Amazon for it yet). The remote comes with batteries (appreciate that), and a wall mount to keep your remote where you can easily access it (appreciate that even more). This fan exceeded my expectations so much that we are planning on replacing some old 80’s style ceiling fans throughout our house with them.

We acquired this fan to use in one of the bedrooms in a house we're having remodeled. I really like the look of the fan and light combination. The light has a flat compact housing that would work well with a lower ceiling. The light produces 75 watts using an LED array and it come with several nice features. The LEDs give it the ability to change the color temperature and brightness. Color can be adjusted from 3000K/4500K/6500K and the brightness can scale from 10% to 100%. Both light and fan speed settings are remembered from being turned on and off. One thing I really like is the black and walnut, double sided blades. I plan to use the black to match the decor of the room its going in. To note: the blades are made from plywood so that means this is an indoor only fan. It should not be used outside because wood blades will absorb moisture and over time begin to droop. It comes with a six-speed motor and a remote control that supports all its features. I'm sure there are others, but this is the first fan I've seen that has a Bluetooth remote-control app to use as well. All its function can be accessed from your smart phone. It also comes with all the hardware needed for installation and a five-year motor, and two- year parts warranty. Overall, this fan has all the features you'd expect plus a few others, it looks great and seems to be well designed and constructed. So far, I'm very pleased.

This fan is perfect for a bedroom or home office space where you might not want to get up to physically turn on the fan or the light. It comes with a remote for convenience, which I highly recommend getting a wall mount so it doesn't get lost. However if you do happen to lose the remote, its okay because it has an app! This fan is bluetooth compatible so if your kids are like mine and lose the remotes to everything, it doesn't mean you can't still use it. There is a slight delay time between pressing the buttons and the response of the fan, but it functions well, has variable speeds and can be reversed depending on the season. The light is LED and is dimmable which is great depending on the room you put it in. the fan is also quite quiet and only has subtle noise. Installation was fairly straight forward, especially if you are just replacing an existing fan or light. If you have the basic knowledge of electrical skills you can easily make this a DIY project. In comparison to the fans you can buy at Lowes or Home Depot, you are going to save a lot of money going with this unit. Overall I am happy with this purchase and will likely purchase more to replace existing fans in other rooms of my home.

I really like this fan. It is totally worth getting. The build quality and overall design are actually really good. The mounting system, hardware, and all other aspects of the fan materials and construction are on par or greater than more expensive fans from box stores. Installation was very easy, and the control box fits great inside the base of the fan. The blades are two sided, allowing you to choose between a flat black look or a dark brown wood texture. I wish that there ware physical controls. The remote works great but it can also be a bit cumbersome to have to hit several buttons each time you want the fan and light on. I dont do apps so I cant comment on that. The "memory" doesnt always work. Sometimes turning it off and then back on results in it going back to default settings. Its possible we got a bad battery in the control box or something. Overall this is a great value and I would totally recommend this over a box store fan.
