For reference, I am 5'7" and 170 pounds. I'm 44, 42, 45. I usually wear an XL in tops. I don't like things too tight or too loose. I ordered an XL and it fits me perfectly. Not too tight, not too loose. Therefore I would say that this shirt runs true to size.. The graphics are bright, clear, and crisp. The material is 60% cotton, 35% polyester, and 5% spandex. The material is not true sweatshirt thickness, it is more a medium thickness, but thicker than a tee shirt. If you're looking for a true sweatshirt that is warm and cozy, this is not it. I like it though because I get hot easily. This is a nice top.
