Love the scooter!! It arrived earlier than expected , so shipping is great. Putting it together was very easy, no tools needed at all. It’s a little loud when the key is put in- one loud beep. It’s quick but still, a bit loud! I appreciate that the seat will swivel for ease of getting on and off. The arm rests raise so that’s another plus. The ride is smooth and comfy. Works well on pavement, carpet and tile. The yard and exterior thresholds are not great. That is the one thing I didn’t anticipate. The frame is quite low to the ground. That so far is the only issue. Getting around the house that is full of furniture and dogs/dog beds and toys- it was amazingly easy! I was so surprised at how easily I could get around and through my house! My daughter (50+ years old) is able to summon all her strength and lift it into the back of her Pathfinder. Speed is good, controls are quickly understood and managed. I find that this is value for my money and I am overall very pleased!! Highly recommend.

Size is perfect for corners and door maneuvering. Stable when moving slowly, has some speed, easily controlled. good traction on both carpet and tile. Lights help when moving through home at night without needing to turn on overhead. I really like that it doesn't have back up horn but the horn is good for moving pets out of danger. Low wheel base is good for indoor use. Dash board is bright and easily understandable. Charging is easy. This was ideal for our use. Highly recommend.

poor quality and cheaply made. Had for 2 days and sounds like tires rubbing. Too low to ground cannot cross threshold to enter/exit house. Seat uncomfortable, not padded, seat not deep enough to sit back. Light showing charged blinds you and can’t be dimmed cannot turn on or off have to pull key out or push in to start or stop each time scooter makes piercing sound. 2 speeds instead of adjusting between breakneck and slow. Speed even at slowest is at times too fastThis is 3rd scooter, previously purchased a GoGo that was phenomenal. Scooter used primarily inside house or to get to car in garage. Cannot use ramp to garage due to getting stranded on threshold DO NOT BUY ONLINE TEST DRIVE AND PAY ATTENTION TO CLEARANCE FROM GROUND/Threshold. Spend a little extra and get a product worth the money

I have a broken foot and bad knees. I needed a narrow scooter To get around the house. it is 19.5 inches wide.. this weekend my grandson needed a baby sitter so he packed the scooter up in the trunk of his car.. he took off the seat lowered the handle Easy to pack. Only one thing i think people should know Weight of the person using it. I way 220. and find the seat a little wobly. it say holds up to 265. Over all I Love it
