I give this product 0 stars. I followed the directions for charging the battery. When I inserted the key to drive the scooter it makes a terrible sound that continues when driving it. I only took it for a test drive down the sidewalk and the speed is so slow I wasn't sure it was going to make it back. Also if you're not used to using a mobility scooter the turning ability of the tiller is very touchy. Also it is difficult getting off and on unless you turn the seat as you have to step over the battery to get off. ... show more

The speed of the delivery was amazing. Putting it together was easy. This has really helped me when my legs hurt and don't want to work right. I have very bad neuropathy.
