For me, it's a versatile piece of cookware that can be used to cook a perfectly seared steak or to shallow fry the best-ever fried chicken. Looks great, a nice design, I think that it is going to last forever. It heats and cooks the food evenly, can reach high temperatures, and retains heat well. This is my first cast iron pan, and I cannot believe the difference in the taste of the food I am making. It doesnt let the food overcook that easily, and cooks food slow and nice. Its also non sticky! Hands down, my favorite pan so far.

We purchased this pan as we needed one. We didn’t cook the meal on it yet since we do cook on iron pans occasionally or on purpose for the special days. Iron pans are pretty good with meats. I’m pretty sure it will be successful too. The design looks pretty awesome. The spirals on the surface are looking good and promising for the great taste. However, I didn’t like the handle. It doesn’t look like it’s sturdy a can be broken. Overall the appearance, size and design are very good to me.

I love this pan but I should have bought the 12” size. The pan has a smaller flat area maybe 6-7”. I still use a bit of oil but definitely no oil is fine. Nice weight and long wooden handle that can be hanged.
