I originally bought this for an outside party we were having and it worked great to heat up an area under a covered patio. Now we brought it inside and use it to take the chill off our TV room on the Low setting. Waiting to see how much our electric bill goes up. Hopefully not too much. But it still will be worth it.

So it’s pretty awesome overall. Easy to assemble. Throws good heat. Has remote. You have the option of the fake flame feature or not. We used it for an outdoor party under canopy tents in the rain and it’s great…. BUT I have one huge peave- it has a safety feature that it must be 100% level or it won’t work. I must’ve spent over an hour in total throughout the party moving it a hair here, a hair there, just trying to get it perfectly level so it would work. Now, when you’re on the lawn this is going to be a huge feat! Just thought this is something worth mentioning to all potential buyers out there!

Good for a small area in high 50s/60s. It helped keep 4 people warm-ish around a 4-seater rectangular table. Up close you can feel it a lot, but starts falling off pretty quick, getting lost completely around 5-6ft. The heat it does put out is pretty hot, it could prolly warm up an enclosed, small room pretty quick, but we're using it in a screened in patio, so direct heat only works for us. If we wall mounted it, it would be too far from the sitting area, however, the tripod doesn't take up a ton of room. Also the heater and tripod are very light, easy to pick up with one hand and move around. Also easy to disassemble and stick in the garage when summer comes back. The remote can work up to maybe 8ft, but it gets a little finnicky. The power cable is fairly short, so we use an extension cord.
