Let's make this simple. It does not kink; I mean if you really try you might be able to get it too, but normal use will be kink free. It has a decent amount of pressure; it's a hose not a pressure washer. The nozzle is super easy to use, and the various settings are great. It's not lightweight but it seems durable and will hold up over time.

Ever had a hose that the only thing it seemed to do was kink up? Should have bought this one, you'd have less kinks. Really liking this hose, its somewhat lightweight, so easy enough for me to drag across the yard without any trouble. Doesn't kink nearly as easily as some of my other hoses. Best part is the sprayer it comes with- NO SQUEEZING THE HANDLE!! I have problems with my hands so this is big deal for me. Its comfortable to hold and works great. Overall I'm quite impressed with this hose and sprayed for the price, a run of the mill hose has gotten kind of expensive these days, this one is reasonably priced at $39

This hose is pretty great! The PVC and rubber it's made of are very strong, I can’t imagine any situation that would cause it to bend or kink spontaneously during use. It’s not easy to even bend it intentionally! That said, we don’t put it through any rigorous use - our yard and driveway are very small and right next to each other, so regardless of what we’re using it for, we don’t have to stretch it far at all. I stretched it out for testing purposes and found that it doesn’t want to be uncoiled - as soon as I release the tension on it, it sprung right back to the coiled position it came in. I personally love that bc it makes it very easy to store while not in use, but I’m sure there are some people who won’t be happy with that…that comes down to personal preference. IMO, that says a lot about the strength of the PVC and rubber it’s made of. I can easily see this hose remaining very durable, even with frequent use. The spray nozzle is the best part of this hose. The fact that you don’t have to squeeze it is priceless for my father, as he has a hard time using his hands and is unable to close them all the way to grip anything - this nozzle is operated by moving a lever up or down. I also love that feature, it eliminates having to squeeze a trigger the whole time you’re using it…that starts to hurts your hand pretty quickly. It has 10 setting options, but only 9 of them are useful…the “soaker” option is a complete bust - the water doesn’t spray out of it at all, it just falls straight down to the ground in front of you in a very messy/leaky way. It comes preset to the soaker function, so that’s what it did the first time I tried to use it, and I thought the whole nozzle was defective or broken. Luckily, it’s just that setting, the rest of them work very well! The pressure is great on the settings meant to have high pressure, and it doesn’t leak or dribble on the lower pressure settings. We connected the nozzle to the pocket hose we already have, and it works just as well with that hose as it does with the one it came with. I contemplated taking a star away based on the 1 setting that doesn’t work, but decided against it based upon all the other features that I love and decided that one non-working setting isn’t that big a deal. I absolutely recommend both the hose and the nozzle, I’m very happy with both of them!

This is a durable hose made from quality materials (PVC and rubber). The hose is somewhere between flexible and stiff. It is designed to resist kinks, but like all hoses I have ever used, it can kink. The only non-kinking hose is called a pipe. Given that all hoses kink, I generally prefer a very flexible, but durable hose. They are generally easier to roll-up and manage in colder temperatures. That said, this hose is not too stiff and should be durable for the long run. My favorite features of the hose are its brass fittings and swivel grip handle. The swivel grip handle allows you to easily and firmly connect the hose to a water spigot without twisting the hose and without leaks. I also like the included sprayer. It is light weight and has a thumb lever to control the amount of water flow (no having to squeeze a trigger). The sprayer has 10 settings that cover almost any possible use. Although some reviewers did not like the soaker setting (some suggested it did not work properly), I believe that it actually works as intended and is great for watering potted outdoor plants. Overall, the hose and sprayer are a good combination that should satisfy most users.
