Most hoses want to stay rolled up like they were packaged, not this one! It does what you want without argument, and stays that way. Great feel. I've used this since mid May 2023 and so far so good. It is simply lying under the shrubbery in a garden bed as a feeder hose for my other-brand expandable hose but no leaks and I didn't have problems with kinking. I always set a new hose out in the sun for several hours before unrolling it to give it time to warm up and relax so it will forget its having been coiled for a long time before sale. Once it is warm, I unroll it and leave it unrolled in the sun for some hours again to allow it to fully straighten. I find this process helps any hose not kink both on that day and in the future. ... show more

Love this hose! Reading the reviews was what got us to try this out. The first one we purchased was going to be the biggest test. Horse wash rack....it passed every test with flying colors! No kinks, no leaks, horses stand on, walk over, no damage. During the 100 degree days, hose did not become overheated, cooled quickly so the water coming out was cool. We just had our first freeze and it worked perfectly as well. Hose is much lighter than others we have used so our next purchases will be to replace the approximately 700' that we have across the facility. Highly recommend! ... show more
