I tried one of these at a medispa and fell in love. Found this one online and it's a great value. Works as well as the high end one at the spa - even quieter! Easy to set up and use. It's a good size, you can see in the photo I just slide it under a chair in my office. The color isn't bright gold, I actually prefer the color that it is, more neutral than black. Try it, you won't regret it! UPDATE: I have been using since I purchased it. I don't even like to skip a day. I definitely see more firmness in some areas, and it just feels good. PLUS I get some nerve pain in my legs from sitting too long and this has resolved that issue. LOVE IT!

I have been using this device off and on for about 3 weeks, I do feel like it helps my sciatica and stiff hip joint. It definitely makes me feel in a lighter mood, like all the bad energy just shakes away from me, sort of grounding in a way.

I was skeptical 🤨 of this at first, cuz I’ve used these (not this brand) in the past, and they were loud and shook my whole apartment to the point my downstairs neighbors complained & I couldn’t use it anymore!! But I saw all the positive reviews, & I really need this for after doing my cavitation, so I decided to just bite the bullet and try this one out! I am SO glad I did too!! This vibration plate is small but so powerful, AND it’s extremely quiet!! I used it for 20 min and then went downstairs and asked my neighbor if I was being too loud and he told me he didn’t hear anything at all!! I even used it while my 2 yr old was sleeping on the couch, right next to me, and he didn’t flinch! This is by far the best vibration plate I’ve ever had! I would definitely recommend!! If you’re hesitant on buying this, DON’T! Just buy it! You won’t be disappointed…….I promise you!! 100/5 stars ⭐️
