These Wells Lamont Standard Weight Polyester and Cotton Chore Gloves have a knit wrist to prevent dirt and debris from entering the glove, helping you keep your hands clean no matter what you’re working on. Wells Lamont - Stubborn about Quality since 1907. From the Manufacturer The Handy Andy 16 oz. Yellow Chore Glove has a 16 oz. cotton/polyester heavyweight outer shell for extra warmth and durability. These are the same gloves I used as a young man, working in the woods with my Dad. We used them winter and summer because they were the best available at the time. As long as they are dry, they insulate well in cold temperatures - unlike the thin mesh "work gloves" available today, and unlike leather. Although they are a bit more expensive than the cotton gloves available at (for instance) Harbor Freight, these will outlast by a long margin. I love them. ... show more

These are cheap, stiff, and way too big (impossible to find a size for women - all are very large). I ordered the smallest size available, it was still too big.
