So. Many. Screws. And, they're already installed in each panel, so it's double work. Assembly on one unit took me about 1.5 hours, and I'm not new to flat pack. Beyond that, the unit works great, the cover fits *though is flimsy and will likely not survive more than one season*, and the look is elevated. We're happy. Just wish the assembly took a few less minutes.

The unit was not used but it appears to have been returned at some point. Screws were not in the package, only a few of the parts had identified labels, and the boxes were double taped. Had to Hunt for the screws, and 4 nuts were missing / never found. Instructions were vague. In the end, we figured it out, got it assembled using odd parts from my stash and got it working. It is a nice heater and works well.

The media could not be loaded. I saw an almost identical pyramid heater at Home Depot for $449.00. I couldn’t bring myself to pay that much, so I was very happy and surprised to find the YitaHome heater was 1/2 the price and seemed materially equal. I ordered 2 for an event, and they both came together and quickly. One of the heaters was missing a part - so I contacted YitaHome and I was told I would get a resolution with 24 hours. Only about 12 hours later their representatives took care of my issue and shipped me what I needed promptly so I was able to have them ready for my event. The heaters are indeed equal in quality to the one I saw at Home Depot in every way. They work perfectly and are easy to move around. Pyramid heaters don’t put out an intense heat like the standing umbrella ones - but the quiet operation, cool look and sufficient heat are hands-down better in my opinion. I would buy this company’s products again in a heartbeat. Great job, guys !

The media could not be loaded. Bought 2 for my covered patio. The directions were easy to follow. I put the first one together on my own, but 2 people is way easier and makes it go way quicker. These don’t give off a large amount of heat, even running on high setting, but the ambiance at night is worth it to me. These heaters can definitely go through a lot of propane depending on how much it is used. We use a regular grill size tank for the heaters currently. The igniter works flawlessly on both and they are built very sturdy. Definitely satisfied!
