Mr. Heater is a life saver if you do not have a back up generator. Buy some propane tanks and the adaptor for Mr. Heater and you won't freeze for a couple of days. I purchased the twin pack. Nowhere in the description of the unit does it state that it does not come with propane tanks. This would be nice to know before purchasing it. Also, you need to know which type of propane tank it takes the POL type or the QCC customers need to know in advance that they need to buy propane and or bottles so they have the ability to use this heater as a heat source right away When it states that the item cannot be returned because it’s a hazardous content, that kind of gives you the impression that it’s being shipped with fuel or something hazardous. I see no reason the consumer should not be able to return these basic dry heaters when they arrive with no propane tanks and no warning that you need to buy the tanks for the heater. ... show more
