Came home from camping still pretty tired but needed to build the cage. Built the entire thing and right when I go to grab the shelves and ramps out of the box I realized that one of the ramps is broken and sharp! Do not have the energy or means to tear it all back down and return it so now I have to figure something out to make it work. Wish you could just return a piece to get replaced but can't find that option. I searched double ferret Nation. It looked just like it so I thought it was the same but it absolutely is not! It's much harder to put together and I highly do not recommend trying to put it together by yourself, definitely needs at least another pair of hands. Honestly I can deal with harder to put together since I won't be taking it apart all the time but broken sharp plastic is definitely unacceptable 😔 definitely make sure you check all pieces and parts before you start assembling.

Recently my bunny died and this was the last cage he had. It was kinda hard for me to build as I am not a good builder. But my bunny loved sitting in this cage and how much room there was. It was very sturdy and held on good. It was only July when i bought this for him but it was great for moving him inside and outside when he wanted. Overall this product performed well and he loved having his last days with it. Sometimes one of the stairs would fall of but it’s easy to put back on. The blue slip proof cover was hard to clean his shedding off of but otherwise a great product!

I am pleasantly surprised by this cage. I purchased the larger one. I have a Lionlop bunny. He is on the smaller side. The metal is solid. The doors shut nicely, quietly. The locks are easy to handle and lock easily. The ramps and smaller plastic ledges lock into the side of the metal cage. I haven’t had any issues so far. They seem sturdy. The cloth seems to be easy to remove and clean when needed. My bunny may chew them, I’m expecting that. Hopefully there’s a way to replace them. The box was damaged upon arrival. The cardboard was very thin, it came apart easily. However, nothing was damaged and everything else was packaged really well. Instructions were fine. I put it together myself in less than an hour. The pull out tray is extremely helpful. My only two complaints: the opening on the top level (to go down to the plastic ledge) is small for a rabbit. My small rabbit has to duck down to get through. I could see this being an issue for a medium/large rabbit. If you are handy, you could cut the hole bigger by snipping a couple of the wires. So, a problem but it’s fixable. My other complaint is the flooring. I had to make adjustments. It was too far apart for my bunny. It would definitely make his feet sore and they fell through. So I put metal hardware cloth down and folded the edges under. It works well and didn’t take too long. They sell plastic floor covers on here that would work. I wanted something he wouldn’t chew on. So, overall two fixable complaints. Other than that, it’s perfect. I plan on purchasing another one. I recommend it if you’re looking for a small animal cage. My bunny enjoys this when he’s inside. He has a whole outside area to run in too.

If I knew what I did today, I would have bought a better cage from a more reputable brand rather than this supplier. The cage in itself is functional and there are no complaints from the critters; however, it lacks many features I’d love to have in a cage to make ownership more satisfying. The shelves are cheap and flimsy. Within the first month, our shelf bent (see picture) and has been unstable since. The ramps fall off constantly which is so sad and frustrating after spending some time cleaning out the cage and linens. The fabric got chewed up within 2 months and I have yet to find anything remotely close to the fitting. Looking back at reviews, others State you have to make your own if you want replacement the fabric which is ridiculous considering I’m not a seamstress nor do I have the intent to learn as a consumer. The shelves are very small compared to others and there are no options for bottom trays, should you be looking to buy this cage for critters that like to burrow. The separation between cages is nice when you need to separate animals but since there is no shelf that fits the bottom of the upper level, you end up having animals pooping and pissing on each other which is not very nice. The top level closure also doesn’t open all the way flush nor is there a way to disassemble it, losing a good chunk of floor space. Call this buyer’s remorse if you want. Indeed it is. If my boyfriend didn’t mind me spending more than a bill fifty on my furry friends, I would’ve gone with a better cage that suits the purpose well for what it was intended for…luxury.

Really great cage for my bunny. I added some astroturf and a rug for her so the metal didn’t hurt her feet. She has plenty of room to move around and fits a box for her. She is very skittish so having her own space has helped her so much

Wonderful cage for the price. Rodney the guinea pig has so much room to roam and it’s so easy to clean up. You can use it as one big cage or two separate which is a nice option. Instructions came with cage only thing it would have taken less time if materials had been labeled but still didn’t take super long. Overall we love it and so does Rodney.
