    • This bike is built strong and is really fun to ride.
I have hardly anything bad to say about this bike. The frame is very heavy duty with quality welds. Everything works well and it's a blast to ride. I am not a bike rider and I went on two rides tonight because it is so fun. The lights work really well at night too. The forks for my bike were very damaged in shipping, but I emailed the address in the manual and they shipped new forks to me for free the same day. The forks arrived 5 days later in perfect condition. The only thing that I would say as a warning is that the instruction manual is terrible. There's great photos but the Chinglesh text doesn't really match the photos. There is a video too on YouTube. The video has no sound but it covers a few things that the manual left out. I have a good mechanical background, so the assembly wasn't difficult for me. All the tools that you need are included, but if you aren't good with assembly and terrible instructions, then you should buy something more expensive. I think that this is a great bike for $800. I forgot to mention that I am 280 pounds and 6' 5" and this bike is plenty big. I even had to lower the seat from max heighth. Even though I weigh 280 pounds, this bike pushed my fat butt up to 32mph on a level road with no pedal assistance. Update: the display failed on my bike. I contacted the seller and they replied immediately with a link to purchase another since my warranty was expired. I ordered one and it shipped the next day. I installed it today today, and my bike is working again. This is the second time that I have used their tech support, and both times, they were quick to respond to me and knew exactly what I needed. Its a very nice ebike i like the face that its portable and holds up on the steep San Francisco hills. Hopefully the battery and the controller hold up. Just received it so will post a later review in a few months

    • Good E-bike, But Expected More Mileage
The bike overall has been fantastic. The one negative has been that the battery life has any lived up to expectations, and the bike is consistently running out of power at just under 35 miles (Iโ€™ve only ridden with pedal assist, and use my leg strength a lot to minimize the strain on the battery). I am very happy with the bike. There were two small issues that I emailed them at [email protected] and after reviewing the issue, they sent me the replacement parts and all is well. The customer service is great and the bike rocks !

This thing goes ONLY 25mph โ€ฆ thatโ€™s flat road and using gps to counter the bs 35 mph the bikeโ€™s screen says โ€ฆ I expected it to be possibly 5mph off but not 10 mph! Donโ€™t waste your time if ya expect over 25mph โ€ฆ btw Iโ€™m 150 lbs so it isnโ€™t because of my weight itโ€™s so slow .. and as others have stated โ€ฆ the distance on a change is drastically overstated! Mine came with gouges in the paint also as others have stated alsoโ€ฆ overall Iโ€™d have paid $500 for this but definitely not $700! Stay away and go with a more reputable company. ... show more

    • Misleading information regarding the distance this bike will travel on a fully charged battery.
The overall quality and style of the bike are top-tier, but the alleged distance it will travel on a fully charged battery isn't accurate. I've fully charged the battery 5 times, and I haven't ridden 70 miles yet.
