It only took less than an hour to fully assemble it and the directions were clear and easy to follow. I’ve already had several rides on it and it rides really smoothly and the holder for my iPad worked great for my workout videos. The bike slants enough where it is comfortable to reach the handle bars and the adjustment of the handle bars and the seat is easy! The seat is the one thing I really think elevates this bike to be one to definitely consider! I am planning on getting a new set of petals for my riding shoes, but that would be the only think I wish it had. However, the cages for my sneakers did work really well. The bike itself is sturdy and rides quietly. Again, for the price point this is a great bike! Highly recommend!

Overall this bike is good for the price. I’m going to upgrade the seat for comfort. Love that it comes with the resistance bands. There are a few free options through the app but lots of other options you can find on YouTube. Debating purchasing the membership mostly due to one big issue — the inability to sync the app to my phone or the bike using Bluetooth. I’ve troubleshooted and looked for help online with no success. Without this feature I can’t save my workouts and track goals using my app profile. Stroke of bad luck; I purchased it right before a $60 digital coupon was offered so watch for deals because they’re available.

So overall, the bike isn't "bad." It does what it intends to do, but you a see a few flaws in the design that make it an easy decision return. Set up was easy, about 30 minutes with 2 people (can be done by yourself). The bike is mostly metal, which does make it feel sturdy for the price. However, I don't like the resistance. It seems to be very sensitive (in a bad way). One minute you feel a little resistance, then you turn the knob the slightest and you can't move the pedals at all. I have used other spin bikes and this is not a problem I have ever encountered. Personally, I like to also use proper spin shoes (SPD shoes). So I bought some pedals to switch out the standards shoe cages it came with. Swapping them out wasn't a problem, it was simple to buy a standard pedal. But when I switched them, my ankle now hits the edge of the bar that holds the pedal. This was the most important part to me because I like to make sure I get a proper workout (and proper spin shoes help with this). Last piece, I agree the seat is really uncomfortable. I know this can be replaced as well, but at this point I'm spending more on replacement pieces than the whole bike. So all in all, pretty disappointed a simple swap would cause such issues.

The instructions were clear and came with all the necessary tools to put it together. Assembly was a breeze and it fits perfectly in my living room. The build quality is exceptional—sturdy and durable, giving me confidence that it will last for years to come. It operates quietly, which is a huge plus for me, as I often exercise while my family is still sleeping. This bike is an absolute steal for the price. It's priced at a fraction of the cost of most other competitors and more than worth it. It also comes with a stand that allows you to place your phone or tablet on. They have an app that you can use to follow their classes online or you can easily set it up to watch a class on YouTube, a podcast, or whatever you like to watch. Overall, I highly recommend the Yesoul exercise bike to anyone looking for a high-quality spin bike at a fraction of the cost!
